Very clean. Check in was easy. There is a paid parking garage about a 10 minute walk away (not included). Small, but served my needs. Door was unlocked & slightly ajar when I returned from being out all day (yes I locked the deadbolt when I left the room). Maybe cleaning staff left it unlocked, but the bed was still unmaid & towels I used still in the room. So who knows…My belongings were right where I left them and appeared untouched.

Comfortable, easy quiet place

I really enjoyed it. It was small, but cozy. It was quiet. I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean easy to find and close to everything to catch the bus the train to get to all the activities. We did like Alcatraz Chinatown, and fisherman’s wharf. I really enjoyed this place. I will stay here when I come back to San Francisco. Thank you.

The location was perfect for where we were going (War Memorial), though we were sad that Zuni was closed by the time we got back from the opera. It would have been nice if there was dedicated parking (as well as less expensive) a little closer, but we found a lot about two blocks away and the walk was easy. Had the weather not been good, it would have been more of a hassle. Having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room would have been helpful, as we brought a lot of our own food, thinking we would be able to keep it cold. Thankfully, the bathroom stayed cool and so did our food. One last suggestion is to add another side table to the other side of the bed. Thank you, we will stay here again!

An accommodation that I grew to appreciate more the longer I stayed.Bed was very comfortable and everything I needed was nearby.Taking wrong turns to and from my room was amusing and added to the uniqueness of the hotel.

Not good

Hotel is in kind of rough neighborhood, room and bathroom had strange gasoline/smoke smell that lingered during our stay. Room is worth asking price, but avoid if you want to have more space.

It was an interesting property . The room was as pictured. It would have been nice to have somewhere to put our luggage in the room and a night table on either side of the bed. It was very clean and comfortable just very very small. Great location for public transportation
