El Dolphin Dance, ubicado en 803 y 805 Gulf Drive Sur es un duplex impresionante, con vistas abiertas y panorámicas del Golfo de México. Cada lado tiene dos dormitorios y uno y medio baños. Cada uno duerme seis con una cama matrimonial, dos camas dobles y un sofá cama. Hay una lavadora y secadora compartida en el sitio para su uso. Ambas unidades cuentan con todas las comodidades normales para hacer su estancia la más agradable y cómoda, así como acceso a Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y llamadas de larga distancia nacional. I recently stayed at this fantastic spot and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s nestled just steps away from the beach, making morning walks and sunset views effortlessly magical. Great view and location

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Units or okay - could use a bit of updating. Dryer really does not work well - took forever to dry even small loads. No outside place to view of the ocean - a deck along the entire front would be amazing.

Great location

Pros: just across street from beach. Beautiful view. Host was responsive. Comfortable beds. Showers worked great. Beach towels provided. Coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer. Checkout is easy. Cons: lots of steps going up to house. More steps to get up to bedrooms and showers. Sofa beds not as comfortable and needs TLC. Dryer did not dry clothes properly. No shampoo/conditioner. Busy street between house and beach. Overall our family of 10 (with teens and seniors) enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this place.

Awesome location!

Excellent views of the ocean, and very short walk to the beach (which wasn’t overly-crowded)! Some parts of the home could use a little TLC, but overall a great experience for our family. Had minor issues with initial door codes, a TV, and the A/C, but the PM took care of us the best they could.

Great stay

Place was great . Very close to the ocean, just across the rode. Our only complaint was it really needs a new washer and dryer. The washer sounded like it was going to go through the wall and it took two drying cycles to dry clothes . Other than that it was an amazing trip and experience. Hosts were always helpful and quick to respond.

Would recommend.

Visited Ana María multiple times, would recommend this place. The communication was always great. Aside from the south room retching cigarette smell and north condo issue with the code, which was handled immediately.

Beautiful Views

Overall the house was great. Cleaning needs to be a little better. Check in and out process was a breeze. Kitchen is not stocked with much so make note of this. However, we utilized both units and was able to share utensils/pots etc. Location was perfect for us. There are lots of stairs so beware if anyone in your party has issues.

Excellent Location

This is a beautiful location with beautiful views of the ocean from across the street. Walking distance to the bridge street shops & restaurants as well as the walking/biking trail across the street that runs to the end of the island. There are a lot of steps to climb so beware of that but we have a hearty crew to carry stuff so it wasn’t a problem. The upstairs does connect through the laundry room if you are skinny to squeeze around the washer/dryer. The only problems we had were a mix up of the code for one of the doors upon arrival and low propane in the grill but they were addressed really fast. My daughter and son-in-laws bed was rather hard so they bought a topper to use on it. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Great Location Needs Some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in need of some TLC. In left unit downstairs bathroom smells like urine, the couch is visibly worn and was not clean, there were termites crawling on the curtain in living room and there were large carpet stains and huge water stain on ceiling. I notified the office but I honestly don't think we should have to pay the cleaning fee. Also, we had to shake our clothes out to make sure we didn't take any termites home. Pictures were provided by text. We were offered to have our unit cleaned towards the end of the trip but I was planning my brothers funeral and didn't want the cleaning crew intruding in the middle of our trip.

Island time

We had a great stay at dolphin dance. As the most VRBO‘s, you have a little things that she would love to change, but for the most of all everything was great it really met our needs. I don’t know how you could keep all the sand from the ocean out of these condos they do the best I can and they really do a good job with amazing view. It is straight across from the amazing gulf. I am glad that we rented those sides. It really met our needs. There were beach chairs, and other items that we were not expecting. That was a big surprise. The only downfall I could say is one of the units the AC would go on and off a couple of times but with the heat the Florida Has it’s hard for anything to keep up. When you look at it overall, the price is right yes we could’ve gotten more but we would’ve paid a whole lot more are very happy with a Vacation the. We had here a dolphin dance we were still able to get to lay back Ana Maria Island. Vacation that we so desperately needed. One highlight of our vacation was that we were thin to the 4 feet of a manatee we were swimming right alongside it. It was amazing. That’s one of the great things you get when you go to a Vrbo such as this one you get such a quiet beach, the wildlife comes to you, it was so amazing who would’ve thought I would’ve got to swim with a manatee. As for my older children, dolphin dance was perfect walking distance to all the restaurants in to Bridge Street, pier, and to all the other shops.. what a great vacation

A Tropical Oasis Awaits You!

Reviewer Comments: The pictures of Dolphin Dance and Cortez beach across the street were amazing, but they did could not truly capture the magic that is Anna Maria Island. To look out every window and see turquoise water that is crystal clear when you make the one minute walk to the beach was a huge blessing for our families. We would set up the tent in the morning and conveniently hop back to the house for lunch or rest. The South unit has new furniture and carpet, and that was wonderful for my allergies. It was spotlessly clean too. There is an adorable “mama’s reading nook” in the master bedroom where I spent many mornings sipping coffee alone and staring at the beautiful sea. The duplex was well-equipped and new appliances are on the way to match the updated north condo. We went with our besties and their children. There is a shared laundry room, and both the children and my bestie and I enjoyed meeting there and going through “the portal” into the other unit. The management company is top-notch. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. They immediately responded to our request for brooms and provided such a great starter pack That we did not need to use many of our supplies. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs and sand toys. There are plenty of towels and sheets and pillows, but bringing extra beach towels is always a good idea. We want to come back next year and stay in Dolphin Dance. Well done!

Great for dual-family vacation

Reviewer Comments: My sister and I rented both units of Dolphin Dance for our families to come together from different states to share Thanksgiving at the beach. This space was ideal for combining both families, while still having some separation when needed. The location was fantastic, with a 1 minute walk across the street to uncrowded beach access (as opposed to the miserably overcrowded Holmes Beach on the island). The units were both well cleaned, but if we had to pick one over the other, the 803 unit was in much better condition than the 805 unit. There's many updates needed in 805. The furniture in both units could definitely be replaced/updated, as both living room units are dated/stained leather. All 4 beds were miserably hard. The listing states 2 Kings/2 Doubles. That is not accurate. It is actually 2 Queens/2 Doubles. We assumed the pictures may not have ben accurate and wished we'd confirmed accuracy before booking. The listing needs updated to eliminate the confusion. The sleeper sofas are terrible, but both are full sized. The listing is more accurate if noted that both units sleeps 8, somewhat comfortably. The unit is on S Gulf St, which jams up every single evening for 2-3 hours, so that is something to note if you are concerned with traffic issues or plan accordingly. The overall location is amazing, with quick walking distance to both bay and gulf, as well as to Bridge Street. We would definitely stay at Dolphin Dance again, if we book without having our senior mother along with us (the steps proved to be just too much for an aged, old body). We enjoyed our stay so much (more time at the uncrowded beach for the win) that we requested an extra night, which the management company welcomed without hassle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like all the other reviews I’ve read on this property, the location was perfect. The cleanliness and condition of furniture was not. Things to know: The kitchen is fairly well stocked. Bed linens were clean. Plenty of towels. Beach towels and beach chairs included. Bring your own toilet paper. If you have more than 4 guests, you need to bring bedding. They had sheets, but no blankets for the pullout couches. One room was a double bed, the other a queen. In the other apt, 2 queens. Carpets and furniture desperately need replacing. Coffee pot does too. Washer/dryer and vacuum barely worked. (The vents in dryer need cleaning out - you can hear the sand & took 3 cycles to dry every load. Location was great - right across the beach. The place just needs some much needed TLC and maybe a better cleaning service. Each side is better suited for 4 people, not 6. We rented both sides with 12 total and it was crammed. It was better than I thought, overall, just wish they’d replace that dirty matted carpet and clean the rugs. And add more than 1 roll of TP for the week. Oh, tap water is a no go. Not drinkable. Take bottled water. This could be a beautiful place with some upgrades and elbow grease.

We would stay again

This was perfect for the 8 of us visiting AMI. We rented both units We had 3 couples and 2 single adults. One adult had to sleep on pull out couch.. The views of the gulf are beautiful from the rental. The place could use a deep clean and some TLC but it worked for us.

Great location across from beach!

Excellent location right across street from beach and walking distance to food and shops. Management responsive to requests. Be prepared to share 1 1/2 baths per unit. Had a great time.
