Enjoy the magic of the central California coast. This is a wonderful place to relax and find inspiration. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
Walking distance to Baywood shops, restaurants, weekly farmers market and several nature trails with views of the bay. Less than a 10 minute drive to gorgeous Montana de Oro State Park or the expansive beaches of Morro Bay and Cayucos. 15 minutes to San Luis Obisbo.
Freshly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom. Bright, airy, quiet, retreat. High ceilings with lots of windows. Watch the sunrise over the hills from the open floor plan living room and dining room.
Large spacious upstairs bedroom with warm afternoon light. Watch the sunset from the west facing balcony with sliver views of the bay and dunes. Walk in closets in both bedrooms.
Bright and airy kitchen with brand new induction stove. Boil water in two minutes. Enjoy views of the morning fog moving over the hillside from the garden window above the sink.
Dishwasher. Microwave. Induction stove/oven. Deep farm sink.
Cozy TV room downstairs with dedicated office area.
West facing private backyard with large deck for beautiful sunset views.

We are looking for quiet, responsible guests who enjoy nature to stay in this home filled with beautiful light.
We split our time between Los Osos and Santa Monica and are looking for guests who will love and care for this home and community as much as we do.
House Rules:
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
No smoking of any kind inside.
No cigarette smoking on the balconies.
No cigarette smoking in the backyard.
No smoking in the garage or side walkways.
NO PETS: We have allergies, therefore pets are not allowed. We thank you for understanding and being respectful of this rule.
GUESTS: Maximum 4 overnight guests. No Parties. Only guests on the original reservation are permitted to spend the night. Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy.
QUIET HOURS: Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please take any conversations inside after 10 p.m. Our house is very close to our neighbors and it is important to us to maintain good relationships with them.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are exterior security cameras on the driveway, at the front door and the back deck.
