Perfect spot!

This was a wonderful rental property, impeccably clean and well furnished. Lots of space for a big family. Lanai and pool were perfect for relaxing. Located on a canal, with a very short trip by water to Charlotte Harbor. Property owners amazing to work with.

Enjoyable trip.

The hosts were wonderful, accommodating and even had a couple bottles of wine for us when we arrived. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Plenty of space to hang around the pool and good neighborhood for walking.

Fun times in PGI!

Had an excellent family vacation to celebrate our granddaughter's 1st birthday. Great grand parents live near by in North Port and were able to join us for the celebration. Everything was as advertised and even a small issue that needed communication with owner was handled quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend staying here.

Loved it. Spacious, comfortable and clean

The house is very spacious, well supplied, very clean and comfortable. The pool is bigger than I expected, heated and very clean. We especially liked the large lanai area. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful property with all the extras!

This property is absolutely amazing! The owner has done such a wonderful job providing everything you need for a great stay. Cliff is so attentive to anything you need and responds very quickly. We loved it!

Welcoming home in PGI

My family and I stayed at the property for six weeks in February and March. The home was spacious and very clean. The pool was just amazing and the large lanai accommodated all of us easily. The host Cliff was attentive to every one of our needs and you could text him and he would respond within minutes. If I had to name one drawback, it was that the property did not have a garbage disposal, which was a little bit offputting, but other than that the place was spacious and clean and welcoming. I would encourage you to rent from Cliff and Belinda.

Enjoying our new retirement!

Cliff and Belinda could not have been any nicer! The house was perfect for our first retirement stay in Fl. We were in the pool every day. Enjoyed watching the boats in the canal. Loved the Celtic for dinner, Fisherman’s Village for shopping and the Working Cow for ice cream! Thank you Cliff and Belinda for sharing your home with us.

Great Stay

Cliff was beyond accommodating and flexible. He even came over while we were out to do child locks to the pool. The house is a perfect place for a small or large family, great for gatherings, 8' deep pool, has a dock, that's a direct canal to Port Charlotte, rent a boat and be to Fisherman Village in 10 minutes. Great house, great location, great host. A "Great Stay"

Piece of paradise!

We had two families of 4 and our fur babies. The home is very spacious. The pictures DO NOT do this house justice. Patio was relaxing and fishing in the canal was never dull! Quit, clean neighborhood. Cliff is a great host! We look forward to visiting his home(s) again in the future. Cliff was very responsive and had a great sense of humor! Thank you, Cliff!!

Short notice help

Our stay started pretty rocky with getting to our 1st house and it was double booked. I reached out to the owner and he was more than happy to help us out and get us into his property. He advised us that the house hadnt been cleaned but after 4hrs on the phone trying to figure out where we would go with our family of 10 we were more than happy to tidy up and change sheets until Cliff and Balinda came to freshen the house up. Beautiful home and great communication with Cliff made this stay amazing and carefree. Thank you Cliff for allowing us into your home and giving us a place to stay.

Everything that we hoped for.

This home was exceptional. It was very clean and comfortable. The large floorplan was perfect for our group that consisted of four generations. Our host responded quickly regarding any questions. He arrived in person within the hour and treated us like family. The home was completely supplied with everything we could ask for from towels to laundry supplies, kitchen utensils to dishwasher detergent, amazing coffee maker and blender, a quality vacuum cleaner to keep the sand under control in the home and our car. The neighborhood was a perfect place for morning walks and the most gorgeous sunsets. The lanai and pool were a well-planned extension of both the living area and the kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating for meals and for lounging. This was by far the best experience we have had in a vacation rental and we would definitely stay here again!

5* Service - Top 5 in PGI

I was looking for a place on the north end of PGI for easy access to the peace river, bait shops, and restaurants. I've stayed in 15 different properties in PGI over the past 4 years, including the house next door 2 months prior. This time I was traveling with a friend to do a little in-shore fishing. After I booked, I asked the owner, Clifford, if he had any fishing poles. He said that he would provide a couple. Later, I asked if he also had a cooler that I could borrow. He said he'd get one. Before I arrived, (he let us check in early), he let me know that he had some cold beverages waiting for us and had some "starter" tackle gear as well with the fishing rods. When I arrived, he did indeed have some cold drinks, but he had gone to the store and picked up 2 nice fishing rods and some tackle for us, along with a long-handled net, and a cooler for drinks. He exceeded my expectations. Throughout our stay, Clifford checked on us to make sure everything was taken care of. I had a question about something so he came over within 10 minutes to check it out. The service was top notch. The property is beautiful, spacious, located on the canal, and has everything a family needs for a wonderful vacation (including a fantastic pool). In fact, I'm brining my family back for a stay in a couple months. You can tell there has been an investment in upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. I could not recommend 69 Sabal or Clifford enough!
