We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great stay! Alexis was very welcoming, very accommodating with requests before we even arrived! She was even there to wish us farewell when we were leaving. We enjoyed the back fenced in yard in the mornings while eating our breakfast. The property had all the necessities.

Host very responsive, house clean with all necessary amenities. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Cozy patio for afternoon tea or coffee for 2. Stayed 4 nights for a convention at the Phoenix Convention Center, less than 10 minute drive to Thomas/Central metro train station where there is nearby free parking. 2 fare gets you downtown in 10-15 minutes and you avoid 40 daily parking fees. We would stay here again.

I'm giving this stay five stars because of Alexis. She's a caring woman who truly values her guests' experience and is passionate about the area's rich history. She works diligently on this wonderful property, and I love supporting a single woman starting her own business. The charming bungalow is nestled in the historic Westwood neighborhood, just a short drive to downtown with easy freeway access. The price was amazing for a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom setup with a lovely, generous kitchen. We stayed there for work, and her pet-friendly policy meant a lot to us. It was a truly pleasant stay!

Nice little spot

My friend and I came in on a Thursday night, access to the property was easy and street parking was available. It a nice little place for a short stay, 2 rooms both king beds were very comfy, and our host was very accommodating! Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay.

This is a side by side duplex style patio home that is conveniently located to many places you may want to go when staying in Phoenix. We felt safe in this neighborhood, but there are some sketchy areas around it, which is often the case in Phoenix. Good things to note were the cleanliness, beds were comfortable, & the sheets were cotton. There were hangers in the closets for shirts/dresses, plenty of bath & kitchen necessities & the washer & dryer in the unit are all pluses.The owner allowing dogs is wonderful, but be aware that next door in the shared wall unit, there are also dogs & for some reason, our dogs did not respond well to hearing them or the street noise- I do not know what- but we left our dogs to go somewhere and they barked nonstop until we were nicely notified by the owner & decided to come pick them up. While not the owners problem by any means, it changed our whole week & we ended up having to make other arrangements for the dogs when we wanted to leave for fear of disturbing anyone & because you can't keep them in the car in Phoenix due to heat- it was a setback. Low water pressure in the shower, no taller mirror to get ready for an event, no microwave, & nowhere off the floor to place your suitcases or put away folded clothes are negatives. Bending over to sift through suitcases during our 8 day stay is not ideal. Owner & neighbors seem nice, but the unit needs additional conveniences for us to consider a repeat stay.

This Historic Duplex is filled with Love and Happy Memories, and you will feel It right when you arrive! I have cared for it my entire life since I was a child going to the private school a few blocks away, watering 18 citrus trees after school. 4 of the original trees remain, along with a fifth baby Rio Red Texas Grapefruit that I planted!. Thinking of adding a Meyer Lemon and a Lime tree too!

My property is exceptionally unique as I have kept the 1948 details, including the varnished interior doors, solid wood cabinets, black and white ceramic tile, wood cornis boxes framing the windows, lathe plaster and glazed concrete floors. You are entering in to an inviting, calm, and private home, whom guests have asked to rent on a long term stay.
