Cute one bedroom. Also a living room & full kitchen.Spectacular location a mile to the famous FREMONT EXPERIENCE. FREE PARKING!!!! This cute bungalow is located near the historic Fremont Street. There is a ton of things to do and see while visiting this classic funky part of Las Vegas.
This modern one bedroom cottage is part of a three home compound with an amazingly cute shared courtyard! Sleeps 2 persons with queen size bed. TV and small couch and in the living room. Enjoy your morning with a cup coffee on the patio while enjoying the lovely Vegas atmosphere! Get ready for your night out on the town with full amenities provided in the bathroom, including hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels and linens are provided. While we always encourage our guests to enjoy the town, you may want to stay in and have a meal you prepared for that special someone. We provide a full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware and an assortment of spices for your inner five star chef. You have your own parking area. There is a privacy wall and table for coffee. Or the huge courtyard is shared courtyard space with bar b q. Lease and photo ID required. If booked, just ask, we have 20 more. All sizes and different amenities. Moments away from some of the best restaurants, bars & nightlife in old Downtown.Visit Container Park, zip-line down Fremont Street & hot spots! Dining, gaming & virtual concierge - first-class atmosphere. Want to see the nightlife? With the proximity to the Fremont St. Experience and world famous Strip, you may never want to leave. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That's a small taste of why I love this job.
A lease and ID are required. Clean stove, grill and dishes before leaving. All garbage to the bin at back of unit. THX! You can park on 10th or the alley behind unit has a parking pad. I recommend finding unit through front gate first so you can recognize the parking area. Keep the gate closed at all times!! No parties and guests can only be those on the lease unless otherwise arranged. This can be a total of 2 people no matter the ages. Must be 25 to book. Cameras on front doors and courtyard.
