About this space
Industrial farmhouse inspired home tucked in amongst the pines, situated along I-40 and close to the I-17 interchange. Enjoy all Flagstaff has to offer, just a short drive to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. Gather together to enjoy some quality time playing a round of ping pong, giant sized connect 4, video arcade or sit down to a good movie on the 65” big screen TV featuring Disney+. Or start up a fire in the outside fire pit and talk about your days great adventures.
The space
All 6 TV's feature: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Sling and ESPN.
Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash along with fresh towels. A hair dryer is also available.
The Kitchen has been supplied with everything you'll need to whip up your favorite meals.. blender, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving plates and bowls and plenty of dishes.
There is a variety of different spices and Avocado Oil is available for cooking and sautéing.
The Coffee Bar features gourmet coffee, tea and sugar.
The Game Room or "fun Room" features lots of different games and activities. A large and comfy sectional to watch a movie on the big screen TV!
Outside you'll find comfortable seating situated around the fire pit under the Pines!
Other things to note
Parking can be anywhere on the cement driveway or rocks along side of driveway if needed.
Only restriction on parking is directly in front of garage/cottage under address numbers.
And no overnight street parking October 1st through April 1st per city rules

Hi, I'm Julie and my husband is Jason and we are excited to have the opportunity to offer a comfortable place for families, friends and tourists to gather and enjoy all Northern Arizona has to offer.
I am a stay at home mom to 5 children which includes our two adult daughters and 3 younger children. We are even lucky enough to be called grandma and grandpa by three little boys! And to complete our family we have a sweet and energetic Goldendoodle named Lola.
We moved here from Colorado 3 years ago with my husbands job and while we love Colorado we have completely fallen in love with Flagstaff and all that it has to offer.
One of the things we love about Flagstaff is how it offers so many different activities and is convenient to so many Incredible sights and places.
