This darling home is all about outdoor living with its pleasant enclosed backyard. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the sparkling outdoor pool and then grab your favorite book and head over to the hammock for a relaxing time on your own. Create fond memories with your loved ones alongside the gas grill while treating everyone to delicious grilled burgers and veggies. Then, dine alfresco at the beautiful picnic table before swimming in the pool for the last time. The patio has endless seating options, so you can choose whatever you like the most.

Inside, this tranquil home offers two inviting living spaces. The main living area boasts traditional Arizona decor with wooden accents here and there and cozy sofas throughout. Stream your favorite series and movies on the large smart TV with cable and streaming options as you curl up on the sofa of your choice. Or you might as well pull out any of the board games provided and gather around the coffee table in the center of the room. The colorful dine-in open kitchen has all the essentials for you to channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with savory meals. You can choose to dine alfresco or at the corner booth-style table. There is a small and cute coffee station if you would like to treat yourself to a steamy cup of coffee after lunch. Off the kitchen is the second living area with an inviting sectional.

The splendid primary bedroom is spacious and offers a secluded spot with its own smart TV and a unique en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanities, and a shower. The other two bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are two air mattresses available as additional sleeping arrangements.3 Guest Parking Passes are displayed on counter of home to display on Dash.Park 15 plus feet away from the fire hydrant on Wilshire. HOA is extremely strict in regards to parking close to the fire hydrant.>Driveway has 1 to 2 Car Parking where guest passes do not have to be displayed.Security Camera Details: There are two active door bell cameras on the front porch and side of the house near garage. No active doorbell camera is in the backyard.This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
