The Space:
Our cabin is located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This 880sqft cabin is perfect for a couples getaway or honeymoon in the wilderness. If you have a couple of little ones, they’re welcome as well!

The Kitchen:
✔️Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
✔️Fully stocked coffee bar! We provide ground coffee, whole bean coffee, K-cups, Nespresso pods, coffee filters, flavored syrup, creamer, and coffee filters.
✔️ Things we provide: Salt, pepper, various spices, oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher pods.
❌ Things we DON’T provide: Foil, ziploc bags

The Living Room:
✔️Enjoy relaxing in the living room sipping on a delicious cup of coffee or a well-deserved glass of wine.
✔️Enjoy sitting in front of the cozy gas fireplace. (Fireplace is turned off from April 1st to November 1st).
✔️Play an assortment of board games or enjoy the multicade with a friend.
✔️Watch some of your favorite shows on the 50” Roku Smart TV (remember to bring your own passwords).

Deck:
✔️Outside the living room, you’ll find a wrap-around deck with a hot tub and outdoor seating.
✔️Enjoy the beautiful outdoors while soaking in your private hot tub or indulging in a home-cooked meal while taking in the mountain views.
✔️Take some time to relax and enjoy the outdoors while playing some outdoor games in the yard!

The Bedroom:
✔️Just off the living room you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed.
✔️Roku smart TV.
✔️En suite master bathroom with a jetted tub to soak away your worries.

The Bathrooms:
✔️Relax, unwind, and enjoy yourself! Take a dip in our jetted jacuzzi tub
✔️Cuddle up with one of our cozy bathrobes. These plush robes are perfect for lounging around the hot tub too - although please don’t take them home with you!
✔️All towels and necessary toiletries such as body wash, shampoo & conditioner will be provided so you can just sit back and relax.

The red tape:

-Please read through our entire listing and make sure you are comfortable with all of our house rules.

-Please note we do require all of our guests to sign a rental agreement and authorize a security deposit hold on their credit card within 48 hours of booking in order to stay at the cabin. You won't actually be charged anything unless damage occurs to the property, it's similar to what happens when you rent a car. If this is not completed, we will be forced to cancel the booking.

*We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for peace of mind and protection as we do not have any control over the weather or other things that may happen on your end.*

- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed). We do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions, please reach out to us and ask.

-This is a smoke-free home, including the deck. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. If you smoke on the property, you will be asked to leave without a refund and be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

-No early check-in or late check-out. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge. If you depart more than one hour past your designated check-out time, you will be charged for an additional night.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

- 4 Human max. If you bring more than four guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

-We kindly request that you refrain from placing hot objects such as pots, pans, and baking dishes on the quartz countertops as the heat generated can result in unsightly burn marks on the surface. In the event of such damage, it will be your responsibility to bear the cost of repairing or replacing the affected countertops.

- No pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

- No parties or events of any kind. If you host a party or event, you will be asked to leave without a refund and be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300.

-The hot tub is available for use by all guests, including children with the supervision of adults. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

*The hot tub is drained and refilled after every stay to ensure cleanliness, which means there is a good chance that the hot tub may not be ready to use for your first night. It is a large amount of water and can take hours to heat up to temperature. This is standard practice for all cabins in the area, and you will run into the same issue at almost any place you stay. If you want to use the hot tub during your stay, we recommend you check it upon arrival to make sure it is set to your desired temperature and is working properly.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/early guest departures/other things that are beyond our control.

- You will likely see and hear critters due to being in the wilderness. It is very common to see bears in the Smokies.

- Condiments, ziploc bags, foil, and charcoal are not provided.

-We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. For extended stays, you may need to purchase more.

-Our cabin is located in the mountains, so while it is not a necessity, we do recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle not only for coming to the cabin but for getting to all of the other attractions that the Smoky Mountains have to offer!

-We will not be present in person but are available to answer any questions between the hours of 7am and 9pm EST. The best way to communicate with us is via the messaging feature of VRBO. We have a family and jobs just like you so we will do our best to answer in a timely manner! If it is important please feel free to reach out to us outside of those hours but we may not get back to you right away. If it is an emergency please call 911.
