Amazing Place!

Amazing home and location! Better in person than in pictures. Host was very accommodating and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Alaska family vacation

The house is beautiful and more than enough room for 5 of us. This property would be great for families or a few couples. The views were fantastic! ( we were able to see a couple black bear and a couple dall sheep) location to town is also great ( Eagle River or Anchorage)Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The wildlife viewing on the mountain is definitely an added bonus. You are in nature but still in town.

Like you’re at home

It was great, like we were at home. Came for a wedding and was close to the venue. Loved having separate bathrooms and a full kitchen to use. Great neighborhood to walk. Awesome views! Would highly recommend.

The owner is a delight to work with. Very prompt on communication and helpful. This is our second time staying at her property and it is our favorite when we visit Eagle River. Kitchen is well stocked. 2 dishwashers for small and larger loads. Great laundry area with soap etc.

Wyoming Brothers

It was the perfect start for our first Alaskan adventure!! Three brothers and their wives from Wyoming! The property gave each couple their own space as well as plenty of space for all of us to be together!! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet!! Great views too!! We would highly recommend!!

Total Relaxation

We had a wonderful time at our stay at Alyce's Craftman house. The magnificent views were just spectacular. We felt right at home the instant we arrived. Beds were great and had all the comforts of home. Can't wait to go back. The salmon was terrific! Thank you very much Best Lisa & Doug Casey

Gorgeous view, beautiful neighborhood, spacious updated home

We loved staying at this home. It’s up in hills of Eagle River so the views extend to Anchorage and the inlet. Lots of seating in the living room and dining room for a good size group. Kids enjoyed the treadmill. Parents liked peaceful deck. Fans in each room were very helpful on the days in the 70s. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. Plenty of amenities - we didn’t run out of soap, toilet paper etc. very well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Beautiful House, Beautiful Views

The house itself was great - lovely, modern kitchen with appliances built into the cabinetry, multiple areas to sit, three spacious bathrooms, and all the comforts of home we could want on our vacation (laundry, internet, deck area, dedicated driveway, and even several things we didn't use like the TV, games, jacuzzi tub, fire pit area). The Eagle River area is stunning, so pretty much wherever you looked you had a picturesque landscape to admire. We explored several things in the area that were short rides from the house. Easily could have stayed here much longer if we 'd had the flexibility to do so! But we had other areas of Alaska yet to explore. This was - hands down - the best rental we stayed in though!
