The property is located just 2 blocks from public beach access, and 4 blocks from the Hangout, and is in walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants.

The space:
This is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, w/open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and smart TVs in every bedroom.

There is a spacious, private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Relax on the covered front porch while you enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the vitamin D in the afternoon on the very large sun deck. Directly behind the house is a canal that attracts pelicans, herons, and osprey hunting for fish in the early morning. The canal also provides hours of fun fishing, crabbing, and Kayaking.

Guest access:
Underneath the house is a storage area with a sign that reads Sandpiper 2. In this storage area are 2 Kayaks, a Corn Hole game, beach toys, chairs, and a wagon for your enjoyment. Please return all items to the shed when you are finished using them.

***Please note*** we own the house next door. Guest staying there will have access to a separate storage area located under your house. Those guests are only authorized to access the storage shed labeled Sandpiper 1, and have strict instructions to NOT use your outdoor shower or loiter at your lower level seating and picnic area.

Other things to note:
* House is equipped with Yale Smart Lock. To unlock: Press Yale logo, enter code provided and press check mark. To lock: Press Yale logo.

* No smoking or vaping in the house or on the deck. A smoking area with picnic table is provided under the house. Please place cigarette butts in the sand bucket. There will be an additional $150 cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.

* No parties or large gatherings.

*Exterior security cameras are in place

* Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs. Guests under the age of 25 are to be accompanied by a guest 25 yrs or older.

* There is space for 3 vehicles to park at the house.

* !!! IMPORTANT !!! Clearance for parking under the deck is 6 feet/7 inches. DO NOT park a full size Truck or SUV under the house.

* The house is accessible via a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, so this house is not handicap accessible.
