Comfortable Home 7 miles from Jekyll Island Entrance

This comfortable suburban home has a large driveway for multiple vehicles and spacious living area with a kitchen and dining area connected to the main living space. Screened in porch opens out to a large backyard with a tall privacy fence on both sides. Each room can sleep two individuals with a fold out sofa as another sleep space for two more. House has tile and vinyl floors throughout. Located off the same exit as Jekyll Island and just a few miles away from the entrance. This home offers comfortable living for guests who want to experience the Golden Isles, Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island without breaking the bank. Nearby tidal rivers offer fishing and kayaking opportunities while the beaches aren't far away. Located in a quiet residential area that allows for peace and tranquility without much road traffic.

We try to keep our pricing low for families to enjoy the Golden Isles. Here are some of our house rules:

HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING - NO VAPING - NO INCENSE - NO PARTIES

1 – It is expected that the rental property be left in a clean condition, as you found it. A cleaning team will tidy the home after your check out. They will wash the sheets and towels, sweep and vacuum and dust, but extensive cleaning for messes will be deducted from the security deposit.

2 – DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE

3- All dishes, pots, pans kitchen utensils, etc. are to be cleaned and loaded into the dishwasher.

4- Clean out the refrigerator of personal food items.

5- Empty all trash cans, bag and put into bin by the garage. Trash collection is on Friday each week. If you are staying Thursday into Friday, please take the Trash Bin to the edge of the road Thursday night.

6- If the outdoor grill has been used, please clean it and turn off the propane tank.

7- There is a NOISE ORDINANCE in Brunswick, GA of 11pm. It is enforced heavily in this neighborhood as there are multiple members of the police force living in the area.

8- The great outdoors of Southeast Georgia includes animals that may be harmful to humans, including snakes, alligators, spiders and biting insects. Please use caution while outdoors and stay within the property limits. PLEASE DO NOT VENTURE BEYOND THE BACK TREE LINE AS IT IS POSTED PROPERTY AND DOES NOT BELONG TO US.

9- Check out is at 10AM unless otherwise agreed upon. PLEASE STRIP SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES OFF THE BEDS AND PLACE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM ALONG WITH ANY TOWELS THAT HAVE BEEN USED DURING YOUR STAY PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT. SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO LOADS OF LAUNDRY DURING YOUR STAY, PLEASE WASH TOWELS SEPARATELY.

10- DO NOT USE THE FIREPLACE. NO OUTSIDE BURNING OTHER THAN USING THE PROVIDED GRILL.
