We have owned our oceanfront condo for over 15 years and have consistently received 5 star reviews. Location and views are outstanding. In the fall of 2022, we completed an outstanding remodel of our condo keeping our guests' experience in mind. We chose finishes that were light, bright and coastal inspired. We are located on the quiet and relaxed south end of Siesta Key. There is no better view than our condo on Siesta Key. Being within 30 yards of the ocean, it is easy to spot dolphins, manatee, and native birds during the day while lounging on the couch or chairs from the comfort of the enclosed lanai, living room, kitchen, or master bedroom, as all have a direct ocean view. And in the evening you will be captivated by the spectacular sunsets and the soothing sounds of the surf gently lulling you to sleep!
Again, we have the best ocean and sunset views on the island! There is free boat docking and Intercoastal waters on the one side, and unobstructed views of the Gulf on as soon as you open the front door!
Amenities onsite include: a heated salt water pool, shuffleboard, propane BBQ’s, and free boat docking for guests. We are also walking distance to several bars and restaurants including Turtle pub, Turtles on Sarasota Bay and Ophelia's on the Bay. Take the FREE open air trolley to all the other great restaurants on the Key without ever having to find a parking spot.
In the Fall 2022, the condo was completely renovated -luxurious flooring throughout, new quartz countertops with breakfast bar, lighting, Bosch kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, fresh coastal inspired paint floor to ceiling with all new trim and doors, along with new beds, linens and quilts. A shabby chic Serena & Lily sofa, a 55” FRAME Smart TV, and a few extra surprise touches will ensure you have made the right choice!.

As the owners of the property we take great pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the condo.
