Outstanding Place!!

I have been with VRBO for over 10 years and I can honestly say this is the BEST place I have ever stayed!! The communication was outstanding. Denise is fabulous communicating with you and making sure you are taken care of. I have never had anyone communicate as much as they did. It was awesome!! The place is so clean. It is a house built in 1886, which is so cool, but the home is totally updated, clean and so roomy with two living areas, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. It felt like home!! I would definitely rent from this place again!!

Amazing

The host gets a 5 star as well as the property. The home was simply beautiful. The pictures do nothing for the property. It is a must see in person. Our group was very satisfied with the home and would recommend to anyone.

Charming Property

We came to New Jersey to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday and see the Broadway production of The Wiz. I was a little concerned about available parking; however, we did not have any issues with finding a space. The description of the property was accurate; the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with the necessities. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The owner provided a binder with helpful information about the house, neighborhood, and local attractions. I want to thank the owner for her prompt response to my message.

Celebration of Grad School graduation

We stayed at Forest Hills for a long weekend to celebrate a graduation. There were 8 adults, family & friends. Diane was wonderful, promptly answering questions before and during our stay. This location was great for us, spacious bedrooms, plenty of room, with nice gathering spaces, and an outdoor patio, street parking was not difficult to find spaces. It was very clean and well equipped. This VRBO, was just as described in the listing, and pictures are accurate. We were all very pleased!

Nice home for stay in Newark Area

When we signed up to stay at this property we were one of the first to sign up for this listing. We were pleasantly surprised. The property is spacious and the room sizes were large. The owner kept in contact with us and even checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We had two negative things. The neighbor had a wedding and kept us up to late hours for two nights.. The parking at this property is challenging. Otherwise, it was a good stay. You are only renting the first floor but it is plenty big since it sleeps 10 comfortably.

Spacious and spotless

Me and my 7 friends stayed here for a wedding weekend. The location was amazing as it was 4 min car ride to the wedding venue. We had so much fun throughout all of our stay and this place was spotless. It had everything we need in the kitchen and 2 enormous living rooms to hangout. We had a great stay here and I would suggest this place to everyone looking to spend some time in this area!
