You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. You're in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5-minute walk to either.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

You can settle into the warmth of the living area, step toward the enclosed balcony for a sheltered view of the skyline, or enjoy an unhurried morning before heading into the heart of downtown. The condo offers a calm place to rest between meetings, events, or winter explorations around Atlanta.

With room for up to 4 guests, the condo features 1 bedroom and 2 beds, creating flexibility for couples, colleagues, or small families. The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat after busy days, supported by essentials such as bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage. The layout allows you to settle in comfortably whether your stay is brief or extended.
Kitchen and dining
A dedicated kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals indoors, a welcome convenience during cooler months when staying in feels just right. The kitchen offers what you need to cook or reheat meals at your own pace, while the dining table gives you a relaxed spot to gather, work, or enjoy breakfast before heading out.

WiFi and a dedicated workspace support business travel or remote workdays. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans allow you to fine-tune the indoor climate year-round. Bathroom essentials are provided, and an in-building paid washer and dryer are available for added convenience. The condo also includes a TV with standard cable for unwinding in the evenings.

The enclosed balcony offers a protected outdoor-feeling space, inviting even in winter when you want a quiet moment with a view. HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
