Visit Utah Valley in our cozy, two bedroom downstairs suite! Relax in front of our large 60-inch Smart TV, snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows on our luxurious memory foam beds, and bring the kids for the beautiful park and playground just across the street. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are located in the heart of Orem, tucked into a walkable and friendly residential neighborhood within 3 blocks of restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment. Across the street from a beautiful and large park with grassy fields, pavilion with tables and benches, tennis courts, and a playground! Within a few minutes of BYU and UVU, and 30 minutes of the best ski resorts in Utah.

We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•Refrigerator
•Oven with electric stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
We also have a high chair and eating essentials for children.

•Main Bedroom - Queen bed, closet with hangers and shelving, dresser, black-out blinds
•Second Bedroom - Queen bed, closet with hangers and shelving, dresser, black-out blinds
•Pack n play available at all times, and queen size air mattress
Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

60-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 300 mbps!

—Bathroom—
Bathroom has large, open concept shower with stone flooring and waterfall shower head, and single sink vanity
Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Yards—
Beautiful grassy yard in the front of the home, and shared grassy backyard in the back of the home
Always feel free to enjoy the large park across the street!

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Additional—
This is the downstairs unit of our home, as it has been split into separate upstairs and downstairs units. We have 9:00pm - 7:00am quiet hours to ensure both units have the best stay.

We pride ourselves in creating welcoming, clean, and beautiful spaces for our guests to come home to.

Perfect stay

Everything I read beforehand was accurate. House was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. We enjoyed playing and picniccing at park across street. Easy access to main shopping area and freeway.

Suitable place to stay

Stayed here five nights in January. The duration of the stay makes some of these issues a bigger concern than if I’d only stayed a couple nights. The living room furniture is becoming worn and is not very comfortable. Had trouble with the TV - it’s a smart tv, but an older one, and I wasn’t able to connect YoutubeTV or stream from other apps without interruption. The shower stones (floor) is very uncomfortable to stand on - the grout is too shallow and there are several stones missing entirely. On a positive note, there was plenty of high pressure, hot water. Beds were comfy. Towels were very soft; would have been nice to provide more than one hand towel and some face clothes.
