Summary:
Great location! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is on the mountain within Wintergreen Resort. Wintergreen Nature Foundation is only a short walk away and shuttle pickup runs every 20 minutes during SKI Season (located at the entrance to Tanners Ridge).
*Allergy Alert* We recently made the decision to not allow pets. There have been dogs here before November of 2024.

Great resort location for couple

We (and our dog) loved the place and enjoyed the condo and the local amenities. The pup especially loved the hiking trails and pup feeding station! We liked the comfortable rooms, full kitchen, and good wifi. Hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful Getaway!

We have stayed in VRBO’s for many years and this is the cleanest unit we’ve been in! Very comfortable bed, nice towels, well supplied kitchen …. Extremely nice place. It was the perfect space for 2 adults and our fur baby. Location is great for hiking, wineries, breweries, and close to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Weekend get away.

Property was perfect for my family of 3 and small dog. Spent the day visiting the local winery’s and evenings by the fireplace. Clean condo, well stocked. Will be booking again.

Great Stay.

The Condo was perfect for us and our two dogs. The home was very clean and well supplied. The shower was awesome and bed was comfy. We truly enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The host provided great documentation on local attractions. This place is close to so many wineries and breweries. Great place.

Comfortable accommodations

This 1 bedroom unit was great for our trip. It had all the items needed for a comfortable stay including good kitchenware and items. Definitely had to empty the dehumidifier multiple times in 2 days, but it made the stay more comfortable. Don't count on cellphone service while you're there or in the mountain region. Must use WiFi.

Perfect place for our anniversary. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Condo is just as described. Comfortable and inviting. Host was easy to contact throughout entire process. I highly recommend when you want to escape 😊 Also, more kitchen essentials than you would ever need. My compliments to our host.

Great two nights stay with perfect weather!

A tiny condo with owner Who was reluctant to give me the code to the front door within two days of arrival. He said, « I already gave it to you », but I could not find it and he continued that same dialogue until the following day – with one .day before arrival.. The kitchen was wonderful

Unfortunately would not book again

Although the home was clean and comfortably decorated, I unfortunately would not book again. 1) We did not get any check in instructions until after we had arrived (4 hrs after earliest check in time). When I called the host, I repeatedly got a child answering the phone and when I asked the child to give the phone to a parent, an adult would tell the child to turn the phone off, then it would hang up. 2) Water and hot water heater are turned off and the guest turns it on upon arrival. This isn't a deal breaker, but if we aren't given that information until after arrival it creates an issue when we can't figure out why water won't turn on/toilets won't flush etc. 3) The hardwired heater only works in the bedroom. In the living space there is a very noisy external heater unit that works some of the time but comes on and off at 30 second intervals, making it so that using the TV in the same room isn't comfortably feasible. There were no instructions for how to use it or any notice that the hardwired living space heater didn't work, so that first night the living space got down to the 50s.4) The couch bed was broken beyond usage. This home was advertised as sleeping 4, but 2 of the people in our group took turns sleeping on the couch and the floor. I booked for 4 people and it would have been nice to have been told that it now only has capacity for 2. 5) The bathroom door handle was broken and it didn't look like a new issue. Not fun getting stuck in the bathroom!
