Bedroom 3 – 1 king bed, 1 full bed (sleeps 4)
Upstairs (landing has 1 twin daybed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower shared by all of the upstairs):
Bedroom 4 – 1 bunk bed with twin on top/full on bottom, 1 bunk bed with twin on top/twin on bottom (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 5 – 1 queen bed (sleeps 2)

Mountain View Manor is a brand new home in the picturesque Concan Country Club. Named for the majestic mountains seen from any window inside the property, the home backs up to the 2nd green of the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club offering serenity and seclusion. This beauty boasts a private pool and hot tub, and other incredible outdoor amenities including a pergola and large seating area, 2nd refrigerator, ice machine and half-bathroom. Enjoy a friendly game of corn hole or washers on the concrete game space equipped with an outside light while the grill masters show off their skills in the BBQ department. The house sleeps up to 23 people and guests will find plenty of ways to relax inside as well with Wi-Fi, streaming TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living areas, foosball, and taking in the view from the large windows that look out on the pool area. Management provides: pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and all other bed linens (see below), starter kit of 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 pods for dishwasher, liquid dish soap, and individually wrapped soap for each bathroom

***Effective 1/1/24, Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. FPRH/FSRH is proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.

***A booking deposit is charged to create a reservation. If you reserve via phone or the FPRH/FSRH website, please note that your credit card will automatically be charged the first night's rent for the booking deposit at 12:00 p.m. central time on the day of booking (if booking after 12:00 p.m. central time it will be charged the day after). If you reserve via VRBO/HomeAway or another channel partner, your credit card will automatically be charged a service fee paid to that channel partner and 33% of the total rental fee plus tax as your booking deposit paid to FPRH/FSRH. THE REMAINING RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (MEANING, IF YOU RESERVE ONLINE FOR CHECK-IN DATES INSIDE OF 30 DAYS YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE COMPLETE BALANCE!)
