Welcome to Unit 201. Our stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2 car garage property located in a prime location. Our home offers plenty of natural light with open floor plan.

For guests with mobility issues, from the garage there is a steep set of stairs to walk up and then the unit is all on one level.

You'll love the stylish decor throughout the property, which features tasteful furnishings, hip artwork, and thoughtful accents.

Our comfortable beds will ensure a good night's sleep on 4 down pillows per bed, and our two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

Our kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals for your group. It features full kitchen appliances, coffee pot, counter space, plenty of storage, and all the main appliances.

Our dining room offers a comfortable setting for 4 to enjoy meals together, and our family room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area.

With a large 2-car garage, you have a safe and convenient place to park your vehicles.

You're just a short walk from Frontrunner as well as local attractions like Provo City Center Temple, Nuskin, Provo Conference Center. You are a short drive from Provo Mall, BYU, Utah Valley hospital, the water park, dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Very clean property and good communication. Beds were excellent (good mattresses and four pillows per bed made it easy to get a good one). Kitchen well stocked and the tv had easy access. No wifi issues. Overall very nice stay.

Host communicated and overall nice. The place was a mess and after reading other peoples stays, this seems to be a common theme. The property is old and not well cared for. The stove top is a wreck, the washer and dryer didn’t work and you need to read the fine print about the stairs. The stairs are very steep and the carpet is very dirty. The showers have mats inside the tubs to hide the dirty, black stained tubs. I wouldn’t recommend.

Typically our guests leave a 10/10, as seen with the two guests who stayed right before him. We are happy to see you liked our communication and think we are nice. Unfortunately, this rating was a result of retaliation for attempting to remediate damage done to the unit after his stay. Because he refused to do anything, we were left to file a claim, the first time ever, to ensure future guests could enjoy their stay. We really tried hard to fix the problems he left even before contacting him, but were unsuccessful. This was by far the worst condition we have ever had after a guest. Although we take all feedback seriously, the comments are not true. For example, they used the washer and dryer during their stay and they worked. As for the other comments, they are unfounded. If future guests reading this have concerns, feel free to reach out prior to booking as we are happy to answer any questions. We are very sad to see he chose this way to respond because of actions done by him when we tried to fix it. We have never had an issue like this and hope to never again.

It is a nice property. Very close to everything. The stairs were a lot for one of the guests but doable. Loved the 2 car garage. It hadn't been cleaned when we got there so we did some laundry and cleaned up. Clarissa was very good to work with and offered to do a deep clean while we were out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and felt inviting.

Stay was very nice,close to everything. One exception, stairs for older people. Communication was great, which I appreciate The only thing that might be changed, carpet on stairs looked very worn. It might give you a bad first impression. It did not detract from our stay. I would stay again, especially because of Communication.

Great trip

The property was very clean. Its a very nice apartment in a good location for walking to local shops and church. It is very close to the interstate and about 50 mins from the airport.

Great location for downtown Provo. Will look for this property again if doing things near downtown. Only real downside is the amount of stairs to get up and down for the unit. A little difficult for my 80-year-old mother. Other than that, it would've been 5 stars. Great little place with decent room AND a dedicated 2-car garage. Very nice!

Cozy and comfortable

We are a group of 7 people.Basically, 3 different families enjoyed staying at this property! We are not picky and it was great to feel like you are at home. The heating system kept us warm and there was plenty of towels and extra blankets just in case. Well equipped with all appliances. Grocery and liquor stores are within walking distance, but you can always all Uber. Very nice place to stay with easy access.

We loved this place! The only negative are the stairs - 17 of them - to get into the unit. It wasn’t a problem for is but could be for some.

Great apartment

This cute little apartment was in the perfect spot for us. I didn’t realize how many stairs there would be (as we have a disabled son) but we were able to make it work. It was clean with easy access. We loved the two car garage! It is close to the Provo train station but that did not bother us at all.

Amazing Week in Provo

We loved our stay in the 3 bedroom townhome. It was a block away from the Provo City Center Temple and it had easy to access the interstate. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. The double garage was a huge plus. We enjoyed being able to come home and recharge each evening. We will stay here again on our next trip to Provo. Thank you for your hospitality.

All things were in good order. A couple of exceptions,#1, the staircase up to the unit from the garage and from the front door could be a problem for some people.#2, having to unwrap the cord and plugging in the two bedside lamps in the front bedroom, no good.

Ballgame weekend

I had sent a message to host before we left for vacation asking about coffee pots - no response. I sent a message on Thursday asking for specific instructions on checkout (things we needed to do) / no response. We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s and many of them provide kitchen condiments as well as coffee filters, coffee, & creamer. Since we didn’t get a response from host - we didn’t have the opportunity to drink coffee when we got up in the morning. The condo was in a great location / close to places we wanted to go. Not enough sitting in living room for the numbet of people able to stay in condo - we only had 4 people and one always had to sit in an uncomfortable dining chair. Beds were comfortable - good rest! The carpet in stairs leading up to condo need to be replaced. Only one extra roll of toilet paper for combined bathrooms for a 3.5 day stay. We liked the condo - it just needs to have the t certain touches to make the stay exceptional.

Could be better

I’ve stayed at this property twice, and while the apartment itself is nice, both experiences were disappointing. The location is convenient for getting around quickly, though being near the train station makes it feel a little sketchy and really loud. During my first stay, we made do with the limited kitchen supplies. One of the rooms is listed as having a queen bed, but it’s actually a full-size. The second stay was much worse. When we arrived, the beds were unmade, and the dirty sheets were left on the floor, so we had to do laundry ourselves. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all, and the dishes, floors, and towels were dirty as well. I ended up cleaning the space because it was necessary, though there were cleaning supplies available and I was told they would refund the cleaning fee. The double garage is a nice feature, and the apartment could be great with proper upkeep, but the lack of cleanliness and care made it a frustrating stay.

I sincerely apologize for this as it never should have happened. We discussed the situation and you dismissed and downplayed it as we offered a solution for you. This has not happened before. We did refund your cleaning fee. We appreciate you staying twice, which shows you did like the place. The description also states the first room is a full with two other queen beds. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and always try to make it right for our guests.
