15 miles from Yosemite, 9 miles from Bass Lake and under 5 mins from Oakhurst downtown.

These ordinances were formed by the community, who asks guests to be respectful of their year-round homes. Many live next to or close to this vacation home. With respect in mind, following the ordinances isn't tough. Noise, parking, trash, and occupancy are the big ordinances to keep in mind. Please help us and the community by following them. Please let everyone in your group know of the following rules -

1. Keep noise down, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every night
2. Hot tub is not allowed between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every night
3. Please don't use the back deck after 10:00 PM - noise carries down the valley, leading to noise complaints and inconvenience to fellow neighbors
4. Move any trash to the dumpster located right around the driveway. For your safety and the safety of the wild life, please lock the dumpster lid.

Note: No smoking, vaping or weed inside the house and if odor is found will result in extra deodorizing cost to guest.
Refundable damage deposit of $200 will be added which will be removed within 7 days if no damage found.
