You will love your stay in this beautiful and cozy home, featuring a spectacular balcony view overlooking the El Niguel Country Club golf course. The condo is close to Salt Creek and "The Strand" beaches, the gorgeous Ritz Carlton and Waldorf Astoria Hotels; and only a few minutes from the restaurants and nightlife of Laguna Beach, Newport Beach and the Dana Point Marina. Easy parking in a fully-enclosed 2-car garage. Minimum 30-day stay; message me for extended stay discounts. Paradise awaits!
House Rules & Information:
1. DO NOT ACCESS THE GOLF COURSE! The Adjacent golf course is the private property of the El Niguel Country Club and trespassing is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a $250 fine, imposed on the guest.
2. No unregistered guests. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum, may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
3. Observe all Niguel Villas Condominium Association Rules and Regulations (a copy will be provide prior to check-in, and is also available in the condominium kitchen drawer.
4. No Pets, with the exception of "Service Animals". Guest(s) may not leave their Service Animals unattended in the condominium; per the ADA website, “The animal must be under the control of the handler at all times". Please let me know if you require this accommodation.
5. Guest(s) are NOT permitted to receive "mail" through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All mail service to this property is "On Hold", so no mail will be delivered.
6. Privacy Disclosure: Please be aware, the front doorbell assembly has a motion-sensitive camera. Any tampering with the camera constitutes a violations of your rental agreement, and you may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
7. The Guest(s) will charged the full replacement retail cost of any broken or missing items in the condominium, or garage.
8. House Layout
The condo is on a single-level, but it's an upper 2nd-story unit, so there is a 10-step stairway leading from the walkway up to the front door. The condo has 2 ample-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bathroom is en suite), and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The condo has central heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, utensils, and counter appliances; and of course, a full-sized electric stove with double-ovens, a microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.
There's a "coffee/tea station": with a Keurig coffee machine, a French Press, an electric water boiling pot, and both stovetop and electric espresso makers. Off the balcony, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also a detached 2-car garage , with keypad access only. This condo is the perfect jumping-off point to explore the South Orange County beach scene and the surrounding attractions. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condominium and garage
9. Household supplies
Initial "Starter" essential supplies are provided, but due to this being a minimum 30-day stay, these items will not be replenished during the rental period. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
10. Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, utensils, and counter appliances; and of course, a full-sized electric stove with double-ovens, a microwave oven full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. There's a "coffee/tea station": with a Keurig coffee machine, a French Press, an electric water boiling pot, and both stove-top and electric espresso makers.
11. Appliances
Off the balcony, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. The central heating and air conditioning is managed by an Ecobee Smart Thermostat, located in the hallway. The circuit panel is located behind the picture, opposite the furnace access door. There is also a carbon monoxide detector located on the wall next to that door. The kitchen has a variety of counter appliances: microwave oven, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, waffle maker, vegetable steamer, slow-cooker, etc.
12. Garbage
Coming from the garage to the condo, you find the trash room located just left of archway, at the end of the driveway. There are both "recycling" and "solid waste" trash containers. The community also encourages the separation of "wet waste". I typically utilize washed-out quart-sized yogurt container to dispose of wet-waste not put down the garbage-disposal; such as banana peels, avocado skins, egg shell, etc. You'll find some of these container in the cupboard, beneath the microwave oven.
13. Parking
2 parking spaces are provided in the garage (the keycode will provided prior to check-in). Additional on-site street parking is available during the day, but overnight street parking from midnight to 6:00AM is prohibited. Violations may result in the ticketing of the vehicle, subsequent fines, and/or "towing" of the vehicle.
14. Security
The front entry is control by a smart lock, with a keypad; an entry code will be provided prior to check-in. There is a doorbell camera, with a motion detector and night vision, to record any entry or exit of the condo. There are no additional security systems on the property.
15. Pool/Hot Tub
There are no pool/spa facilities in the complex.
16. Streaming Services
WiFi Internet provided by T-Mobile and Cox.
There is an Amazon Firestick, which facilitates access to Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Curiosity Stream, and Nebula streaming services.
17. Favorite Local Restaurants
There is a wide-variety of local restaurants.
18. Other points of interest
I highly recommend the FREE Trolly Service into Laguna Beach. It runs every 20-minutes during the summer, and every 30-minutes during the winter. It's a great way to explore this world famous beach community without needing to deal with any traffic and parking challenges. Similar trolleys are available in Dana Point and San Clemente, as well.
