Relax and enjoy the newly installed 7-person hot tub, evenings under the large lighted pergola with gas fire pit, and huge patio which will accommodate the whole group. This is a great house. Very clean. Perfect for a large or small group. Nice hot tub. Lots of extras in the kitchen if you like to cook. Nice location. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again when we are back in Loveland.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. It has so much space for big families and is laid out well. The back yard is wonderful with lots of seating! The owners are just a phone call away and communicate so well! You will not be disappointed in this house.

This is one great stay. We rent places all the time and this was by far one of the best homes, clean and comfortable. This is a great choice for a family traveling.

This was a wonderfully remodeled home probably the cleanest vacation home I have rented. Wonderful location and we will be back again. Extremely comfortable beds in a clean wonderful home.

We had the best stay. Your home is beautiful and more importantly very comfortablefor my family. The bedrooms were perfect. The communication with you both went very smoothly. Location was very close to the venue of my niece wedding that we attended. When we come back to Loveland we would definitely stay at your home. Perfect Home Away From Home

We had the best time staying here. We stayed with 13 adults and 1 toddler. We were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! We loved the outdoor patio area!

Wedding stay

The house is newly renovated inside and out and the layout and accommodations worked perfectly for our 4 generations of family. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Loveland or Ft Collins area!

This is a beautiful property. Fantastic for entertaining additional family plenty of amenities the hot tub is wonderful and the outdoor atmosphere is only matching the indoor, both stellar.

As a real estate agent and property investor, Jeff has remodeled dozens of properties to sell or keep as long-term rentals. He enjoys transforming a property to make it shine! Most recently he has added vacation rental properties in Colorado Springs and Florida, and this one in Loveland. This property is one that he is proud to have brought up-to-date with excellence by remodeling the kitchen and baths, and finishing the basement to enable families and friends to gather together on their vacations. Jeff and Eileen have worked together to furnish and supply this home to be able to extend hospitality to those who would enjoy exploring Northern Colorado.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house features spacious living spaces inside with a front family room, rear family room open to the large kitchen, and a heated 4-season room. Outside, there's a large patio with picnic tables, bistro tables, an outdoor grill, and a lighted pergola and fire pit for cozy evenings. This home has just undergone a total interior remodel of the kitchen and all baths on the main floor and a brand new basement finish to provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths: 3 master-sized bedrooms with king beds, and 3 additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The main level master bedroom has an en suite bath. The remodeled shared baths were designed to efficiently accommodate larger groups, each including double vanities, separated from the toilet and shower room. Location, location, location! The home is located just a few blocks from the west side of Lake Loveland, and also just 4 minutes to the quaint Loveland downtown with shopping and restaurants and local bars. Just a couple blocks to the south is Highway 34, the main artery west to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park...a must-see while your in the area!
