Services and common areas:

- There’s free parking on premises for 3 cars + free street parking.

- If you're interested in enjoying a heated pool during your stay for added comfort, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. The cost for this service is an extra $129 per night of pool use, which must be paid 48 hours prior to your arrival. You can easily make the payment through Airbnb. The Jacuzzi is free of charge upon request.

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.



- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM On the same note, the gardeners will visit on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am-5pm. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.

- Due to continuous strong winds in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyards. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are more of a danger to our guests than helpful.

- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside. Recording 24/7.

- We remind you this villa doesn’t have an oven there is only microwave and stove.

- Due to a regulation of the city of Palm Springs that requires the registration of tourists in vacation rentals, a lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.



Policies:

- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.

- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.

- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.



House Rules:

- Due to Palm Springs law, the first and last name of every guest bust me provided to the host before arrival to the Villa.

- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.

- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.

- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
