Fresh, clean, and pristine! Our third furnished rental in Georgetown is perfect for weekend getaways or extended stays. With 1500 square feet, three professionally designed private bedrooms, and private office space, plenty of room to kick back & relax. This beautiful home is the perfect place to stay for group trips with friends and family. With its modern decor and comfortable furnishings, you'll feel right at home when you walk in.
The living area is ideal for hanging out and relaxing with your group in front of the fireplace. Sink into the plush couches and catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi and get some work done in the dedicated home office.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Eat at the indoor cafe table in the kitchen, or take the party outside to enjoy the glow of a Texas sunset by dining outdoors on the patio.
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. With luxurious bedding and plenty of closet space, you'll have everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor space is also a highlight of this home. We love the ample fenced-in yard that is the perfect place to sip a fresh cup of coffee and take your dog out!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I love the spaciousness of the rooms and the layout of this home. It flows and feels good. All my homes are professionally decorated, so the colors and furniture are coordinated perfectly. The area is fantastic too. I love that you can walk to get your nails done and get a massage around the corner! There is also a fantastic natural food and juice restaurant that makes the most amazing food.
