Loved that the pool was heated since we hit a cooler patch of florida weather! The beds are very comfortable, i might be re thinking my own mattress! Showers were luxurious, & the touch of an outdoor bathroom was a bonus with soggy little kids! We would definitely stay here again!

Rehearsal dinner/ wedding weekend

We appreciated the host allowing a Rehearsal Dinner party for our family on site. The house was perfect for the event. The kitchen was awesome. The amenities were appreciated. Layout of living room was great for everyone to sit and talk. The backyard porch prevented rain from interfering with our party. The extra room having a separate kitchen was great for our daughter who has dietary restrictions. We would highly recommend this home.

Great place to stay

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful home. Some minor details need looked at, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful the whole time, great communication. The pool was hot, the backyard was fun, and it's really nice to have a bathroom specifically outside for the pool area. Would stay again!

Great home for entire family!

This house is located in a family neighborhood in Cutler Bay. The pictures on Vrbo were spot on. When you walk in the house you enter a wide open area with a living room area, and a modern kitchen. There is a lanai, a pool basket ball court, mini golf and pool table. This place is really very nice. HBZ

Enjoyable Stay

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was convenient; near enough to the airport and other locations south side that we went to. The home has all the amenities to keep everyone entertained. Kitchen had most everything we needed for those quick things that sometimes we wanted to bring back to cook. Great experience for our family. For a group of 10, I think one more fold up bed would be ideal but we made it work and still had a great time. Thanks for the experience.

Great backyard for active family

This is a great vacation house. The backyard has a heated pool (warm enough to swim on chilly nights very comfortably), a basketball court and mini golf. There are also comfortable lounge areas for just lying in the sun or shade and relaxing. The house is nicely updated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. There is another bathroom accessed from the yard which is great for when you’re using the pool and don’t want to come into the house wet. The 4th bathroom is in the loft which is accessed from the side of the house through a separate door. The loft has a full bathroom and a kitchen so is great for groups who want a separate living space.

Great House for Family Vacation

We have been taking trips to Miami for a few years now, trying to find the right house for our large family, and this is it!! Very spacious gathering areas inside and outside of the house. Pool was magnificent, putt-putt area was fun for mini games, pool table in great shape, basketball court for more fun and games, the list goes on! Lots of floats and toys for the kids to use and play with during our stay! The kitchen was updated with all of the necessities required for a nice easy stay. Host was great at communicating all questions that we had during our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay!

Very dissatisfaction

I was very excited to stay here for five days and four nights, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.Communication from the host was just okay—not great. When we arrived, the pool area was full of leaves and debris, like it hadn’t been maintained in at least a week. There was also animal feces near the pool, and a swarm of ants coming out of a hole by the patio furniture. We reported this to the property owner right away.Inside the house, three out of the four TVs didn’t work. It took about two hours to get a response, and the host said someone would come the next morning. That person didn’t arrive until after noon, confirmed the TVs weren’t working, and had to leave to replace them -costing us another three hours. Between waiting for repairs on Friday and into Saturday, we lost nearly a day and a half of our trip.On Saturday night around 10:30 PM, while my family was in the living room watching TV, someone banged on the door and attempted to enter. We learned the property had been double-booked. These same people returned later, and one of the neighbors ended up calling the police. This left my kids scared and unable to sleep, ruining the rest of our stay. The host’s only response was that the other guests “shouldn’t be there,” which I found dismissive and unhelpful.When I asked for a credit due to the many issues, my request was brushed aside. Overall, I would rate this stay a 4/10.

Great house - but double booking fiasco

This was a great property. The house had everything we needed for a multi-family get together. Fun backyard activities and the pool really nice. The pool heater went out for a bit, but the property manager sent someone out right away to fix it. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was just a few minutes from local grocery stores , restaurants and parks. We highly recommend a trip to Matheson Hammock Park, for a fun day at the beach with an awesome restaurant and only 20 min drive. HOWEVER...the check in process was complicated to say the least. We arrived to find another family in the house. Apparently the property was booked on both VRBO and another unnamed platform. The property manager did their best to help, and found our group of 10 another house to stay in for the first 2 nights of our trip (until the double booked family moved out) and a small partial refund. But this took 3 1/2 hours after our arrival, lots of frustrating phone calls, and a 45 min drive to the new place. It also required us to pack up and move after staying at another place for 2 days. The property management company placed the blame squarely on the VRBO platform not communicating with other platforms.... i would definitely come back to this house for another stay.....if i could guarantee that we could check in on the day our reservation begins....

Excellent stay! Very clean and comfortable, fully loaded kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood, a lot of peacocks around. Beautiful bathrooms and convenient bathroom outside near the pool. Host was very accommodating, would recommend staying here!
