Enjoy Pismo beachside vacationing in this second-floor studio unit just a block from the sand, boardwalk, and the iconic Pismo Pier. An excellent place for a couple, this comfortable condo features contemporary furnishings in the living room, including a 42" flat-screen TV. The apartment is within walking distance to many shops, highly-rated restaurants, and all that downtown Pismo offers. There is a parking carport for one car, and additional street parking is available for other or oversized vehicles.
Within minutes you can be strolling down one of the most beautiful beaches in the world to watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset with an incredible backdrop of the coastal hills. Surfing lessons and equipment rentals are available nearby if you want to give it a whirl. Four-seat bicycle rentals are also a popular choice as a fun way to explore downtown.
Local water sports include coastal kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, ocean fishing right off the pier. And if hiking and witnessing one of the most beautiful views in the world are of interest, just up the road is the new Pismo Preserve, which offers over 11 miles of trails traversing serene oak woodlands and coastal ridgelines with stunning panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean.
