As new owners, we're thrilled to offer you a cozy retreat just 15 minutes from the vibrant center of North Conway. Nestled on NH Route 16, our property provides easy access to the region's year-round activities, from winter skiing to summer hikes and everything in between.

Our quaint home features a recently updated interior designed for your comfort. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the bedroom with a queen bed and all bedding provided. The front room doubles as a workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk, and a convertible sleeper chair for larger groups. The living room invites you to unwind with Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and both couches can be pulled out to accommodate up to 5 guests.

Well-Equipped Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware for those who love to cook, along with a coffee maker for your morning brew. The bathroom offers a standup shower with complimentary toiletries, and we provide extra towels for your convenience.

This was a very nice cottage in Albany NH for our two week summer getaway. It was very clean and updated and is exactly as advertised. The cottage had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fast and friendly. As advertised, it is on a busy secondary highway so if this is an issue, please make it a consideration. It is close to the beautiful Kancamagus Highway and numerous hiking trails (the dog loved it). If visiting the North Conway area it is convenient to all the attractions and nearby western Maine.

Best to rent in the Conway area!

As a frequent travel, I stayed in more rental homes that I can remember. This one sticks out as one of the best. It’s small but everything you need and then some. Completely remodeled so nice fresh feeling when you walk in three air conditioners so the house is almost too cold ( we were there during heat wave). It’s on the main road of Sixteen, but it wasn’t an issue. Perfect location to the Kangamangus Highway less than five minute ride and you’re in downtown North Conway and about 10-15 minutes.

Ski Trip February vaca

This house was very cozy. Conveniently located to King Pine where we skied and to N.Conway! The owners really thought about everything needed to make our stay comfortable and we’re very responsive.

Coziest stay in the white moutains

I can’t say good enough things about this place! It’s perfect for two people and a pet. We had the best time hiking and checking out North Conway with such a lovely, warm place to come back to. Definitely will always be looking to come back again! The owners are great at communicating and instructions are very clear.

Great little house

We stayed here this summer and it was comfortable, clean, and will appointed. The AC was on point, we were happy to have a washer and dryer on site, and the bed was comfortable. The listing was accurate and honest about the property location...it is on a very busy road, and close to it, but as we didn't have small children with us, it worked out just fine. We didn't really hear road noise inside (we did have the ACs running) and we enjoyed the fire pit outside. I

Fun-filled family getaway

My husband and I took our 3 yr old to Storyland and Clark’s for the first time. The house was conveniently located, super clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved being able to bring our pup, as well. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and provided helpful reminders for arrival and departure. Loved it!

Perfect for us

We work a lot. This was the perfect spot for us to relax and easy access to quick hikes, the grill was in great condition, so it was fun to eat outside. We had our pup on a long lead so she could lay in the sun and stay safe from the road

Everything we needed

We used this home as a base for the Revel Marathon on the Kankamangus Hwy. It was great, close to the finish we appreciated the coffee variety, sugar and creamer available, and liked having a puzzle available to work on! We would recommend this rental!

Very happy, would stay again!

We were very pleased with the house! It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, accurately described in the listing, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location is on a busy road, as disclosed, but another reviewer described it as an industrial park. I would say that is unfair. There is a building across the street that is a small garage with some heavy equipment parked in the parking lot. Otherwise, it is mostly surrounded by residential buildings. Hardly an industrial park. And it was quiet except for the fast traffic going by on the main road. But this is fully disclosed in the listing and didn’t bother us in the least. The house is fairly priced, probably because of that (I can’t think of any other reason why it would be anyway ). It is within a short drive to Conway and North Conway. 20 minutes to Cranmore Mountain which we really enjoyed. Nicely remodeled inside. It is small, but it was more than enough space for my husband, me and our 7 year old daughter. She loved the pull out chair in the office area and that’s where she slept. There are doors that can close off that area making it a more private little room, which my daughter loved and claimed as her own :) Nice little backyard with a fire pit and a grill although we didn’t use any of that since it was winter. Not many options for places to walk our dog, but we definitely appreciated that it was dog friendly! We highly recommend this place and would book it again (for longer next time hopefully).

Overall great stay and very convenient

Even though it was a little bit outside of Conway, the cottage worked great for what we were looking for and was plenty of space for two for the couple nights we stayed. Overall, very good experience. A couple nitpicky things being the cottage floor is not flat in spots being obviously an old building and the flooring is slightly coming up in spots but not enough to inconvenience anyone. I also wish there was a full size curtain on the front door. The light coming in from the road and the idea that someone could look right through, was a little off putting. But other then that, would highly recommend!

Great property

Great place to stay. Away from the crowds yet close enough to shopping and restaurants. Close to the Kanc Highway. Very comfortable and cozy space. Nicely decorated and everything you need for a stay. The hosts are quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

We are high school sweethearts that both have a love for real estate for the outdoors. Tyler is a mechanic and Raquel is a Real Estate Agent that both try to get to New Hampshire every free weekend they have for all the fun activities the state has to offer.

We chose this property in this area because we've been going to the White Mountains for vacations since high school for camping, ski trips and weekend road trips along the Kancamagus Highway enjoying the views and activities the area has to offer.

The property is in a great location right near all of the things North Conway, the Saco River, and the Kancamagus Highway has to offer. The skiing, hiking, swimming, mountain biking the area has never gets old and every time we're up there we have something new that we find to do.
