Bring your own boat and utilize the neighborhood ramp or rent one at the many local marinas nearby.

This was such a cute and comfortable home with many amenities. When we first arrived, our son noticed popsicles in the freezer, which was a fun surprise, and it did not take long before the kayaks were put to use. The boat dock was a very short walk from the house, and carts were included for ease of transport. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and very close to the marinas. The owners allowed use of various fishing equipment, life vests, coolers, etc., so no need for emergency trips for forgotten items. The beds and furniture were clean and super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Weekend at Monkey Island

This VRBO stay was awesome! We enjoyed 3 days of kayaking and fires. It was clean, looked awesome, and the hosts did a great job of being thorough in appliances and expectations. The neighbors were kind and the neighborhood was inviting. If we come back to monkey island, we will be using this stay again.

Close to lake, house set up well

The house was clean and had the amenities we needed for a weekend stay. The outdoor games, kayaks , grill and firepot were nice to have. The wide variety of card and board games kept us entertained as well.The beds were comfortable and the large soaker tub was a plus.

Very nice

The property was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well stocked. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we might have. The light switches were marked making it very easy to operate.

Beautiful Place

This was one of my favorite house rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was top of the line and well stocked! Very comfortable beds. Exceeded our expectations! We used the kayaks and the water was like glass. Calm and relaxing. I wish we had booked more nights! We would definitely look into availability next time we are in town.

Just as pictured

Very cute and comfortable! Wish we had more than 2 days to utilize all thats offered such as firepit and kayaks. Great location- boat ramp was blocked off but probably because of a large stump exposed and might add no dock access there. Saw lots of deer- would stay again for sure! Thank you for sharing your place!

Friend Reunion!

Great property! Easy to find, quiet, comfortable, nice neighborhood. The beds were cozy! Over all everything was great! We did have a few complaints but nothing too serious. The master bath was found with a few too many hairs in bathtub and on floor. There was not a can opener which did pose a problem when you are in the middle of preparing a meal. We really could have used an extra trash bag or two. Understand why there aren’t just lots of extra ones but then when you have to go buy a box of trash bags for one day it is annoying. Otherwise we enjoyed your home so very much. Would recommend it to all!

Summer Lake Trip

A nice spot for lake adventures with all the comforts of home. We used the private boat ramp for some swimming and enjoyed the sun porch. We did have an issue with the power at the end of our stay, but no biggie.

Best Owners to rent from!

First, this property is cute and clean and the location is wonderful. Upon our Friday evening arrival, we noticed the temperature in the house was very hot. We adjusted the thermostat but it didn’t help. We then contacted the property manager and a repair service was sent the very next day. Unfortunately, a new air conditioner was needed and had to be scheduled to install Monday. The owners took great care of us, provided refunds, and kept in touch the entire weekend. These are the type of vacation rental owners you want to rent from! Caring, responsive and fair! We would love to go back….. especially now that the a/c works!

Fall Break Getaway

We decided last minute to make a trip to Oklahoma for fall break. We chose this area as I grew up around Grand Lake and it’s close to family. This house was perfect! We didn’t have the best weather while in town, but lots of fun (games, pickle ball, fishing) at the house plus nearby The Anchor to make the most of it. We all enjoyed our little getaway and plan to come back soon. Hosts were amazing and communicated, answering all our questions, in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place. We hope to visit it again on one of our lake vacations. Thank you, Brian and Jenny! Your little piece of lake heaven was simply the best❤️

Rendezvous by the Water

40th birthday celebration

My 4 brothers and I rented the house to celebrate my 40th birthday. The hosts communicated early and often. The house was great (comfortable beds and couches, clean home, many essentials were provided that were above and beyond the norm, etc). It’s a great location. Quick and easy access to the golf courses and The Anchor. I strongly recommend staying here. Thank you to our great hosts.
