The Space:
Welcome to our elegant and modern 2-BR oasis in the heart of Salt Lake City’s lively Sugarhouse neighborhood. With meticulously executed designs and a calming color palette, our apartment offers an inviting, serene ambiance to enhance your urban retreat.

Relax in the spacious living room, equipped with a 43-inch 4K Ultra HD TV and Roku apps including Hulu with HBO for endless entertainment. The living room also houses a Twin XL fold-out bed providing an extra sleeping arrangement if needed.

Rejuvenate in one of two beautifully adorned bedrooms, each designed with soft, luxurious beddings. The king-size bed in one room and the queen in the other promise restful nights that leave you refreshed for the day’s adventures.

Our fully-fitted modern kitchen is the haven for the culinary enthusiast with an array of top-notch appliances and cookware for your home-made gourmet creations. There’s a clean highchair for the little ones and kid-friendly plates ensuring wholesome family meals.

The apartment includes a dedicated home office setup to connect to your work commitments without hassle. Appreciate fast Internet with Wi-Fi 6 (AX 1800), and a dry cleaning station consisting of an iron, board, and garment steamer.

The apartment comes with the convenience of a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, befitting for long-term stays. For your safety, a video camera secures the doorbell, keeping your mind at ease.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete, private access to the entire apartment, and the convenience of a self-check-in and check-out with the smart lock. The property includes a dedicated covered parking spot ensuring hassle-free parking, with free street parking also available. You will also have access to the shared backyard, BBQ grill and a comforting shared backyard if you wish to break away and enjoy the outdoors.

Other Things to Note:
As summer rolls in, use our property as a base for your city exploration, be it Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Pioneer Day. Our proximity to parks like Sugar House Park and Liberty Park invites you for a refreshing morning or evening stroll, and astound in the vivid firework displays that light up the city sky during holidays.

Explore a wealth of nearby attractions, minutes from our doorstep. Appreciate cultural collections at Temple Square, interact with wildlife at Hogle Zoo, or lose yourself in the peaceful serenity of Hidden Hollow. A 10-min drive takes you to downtown Salt Lake City, where various shopping hotspots, including the Gateway Mall and City Creek Center, offer unparalleled shopping experiences.

Diverse dining options surround the property, with local favorites offering anything from American fare at The Dodo Restaurant to authentic Italian cuisine at Sicilia Mia and locally brewed drinks at Wasatch Brew Pub.

The property is pet-friendly, but guests with allergies should note this. As the unit is located on the ground floor of a 2-story building, occasional noise from neighboring units is possible.

Guests must abide strictly by house rules, including no smoking, respecting quiet hours, caring for the property, and adhering to check-in and checkout times. The apartment is ideal for families, business travelers, and individuals aspiring for a comfy stay within an exciting neighborhood.
House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.


Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.


Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not respondible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.


Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.


Pets
1. Pets are only allowed if the pet is listed on the reservation, and the accompanying pet fee is paid prior to the start of the reservation.
2. Pets must be on a leash or in a secure container in all public areas of the apartment complex except the dog park (if applicable.)
3. You must pick up after your pets and dispose of feces in an appropriate manner.
4. Uncontrolled barking or other pet noise can lead to noise complaints. If it becomes an ongoing issue, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without refund.
5. Pet urine or feces found in the apartment will lead to a minimum of $100 extra cleaning fee per incident.
6. The Guest will be responsible for any repair of any damage to the property or replacement of any broken items caused by their pets, or service animals. The Guest should make The Owner aware of any incidents that will require repair or replacement in a timely manner to allow The Owner time to schedule repairs or order replacements. The Guest may be responsible for the daily rate of extra days that the unit cannot be rented out to other guests due to such damage.
7. The Guest is responsible for removing all fur from furniture and decorations. The Owner strongly recommends not allowing dogs to sit on couches, decorative pillows, or beds. The Owner will charge an extra cleaning fee of no less than $50 if pet fur does not come clean during standard cleaning operations.


Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door locks, remotes, smoke detectors, security devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.

BEST LOCATION, comfortable stay, good communication!

The Sugarhouse neighborhood is awesome! This location was prime for us to walk to eat & shop, and only minutes from the freeway to get up the mountains. Simple, comfortable setup, and good communication with property owners. Will stay here again!

Nice place to stay , near everything

the apartment worked out very well for us. it was in a great neighborhood, near everything by foot. great stores, restaurants, and bars.whole foods was a minute walk.Randel the property manager was very nice , and responsive.the location was perfect for skiing. 38 minutes to Alta -Snowbird, and less than an hour to all other resorts.we will be staying there again
