Enjoy the large, open-concept living area with a cozy living room, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry. You’ll have access to your own private 2-car attached garage, complete with a ski and snowboard rack, making it a perfect home base for mountain adventures. This spacious townhome features two king bedrooms, each with oversized walk-in closets, Casper mattresses, and full bathrooms for ultimate relaxation. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials, including cleaning products, extra towels, linens, and toiletries, so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive. There’s also an office with a pull-out sofa that converts into a full bed for extra guests.

Great condo

The home was as described and well appointed. Michael was a great host and even gave advice on a hike. Highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood was safe and walkable as well.

AMAZING!!! Views and location.

We all loved our stay. Townhouse has everything you need! Very clean. Brought our dogs, plenty of places to walk. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops.We are staying there again we are moving in the area. Highly recommend this townhome.

Great townhouse and hosts!

This was a wonderful stay, the hosts have thought of everything from the welcome basket on the counter to the lush towels to the quality linens, everything was top notch! Michael is kind, respectful and an excellent communicator.I highly recommend this SLC santuary.

SLC Reunion

We had a great stay at Capitol Hill and Michael was an attentive host! We love the neighborhood, my friend from HS owns the Handlebar a block away, so that was fun to visit. The neighbors were friendly and the location was accessible for checking out the downtown area, with plenty of run and bike paths. The house was clean, attractive, and comfortable for all, with two master sized bedrooms and a guest room/office. The pull out sofa was a little smaller than expected, perfect for our teen but not made for her plus little sister. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and make snacks, and we had a great stay. Thanks!

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed!

This property is relatively new and has great finishes. It’s well located, with running, and hiking trails nearby, access to downtown that is unparalleled in a neighborhood that is not busy. We would stay there again. Note that the third bedroom is kind of an office downstairs, and as much colder than the rest of the house, which is great for those people who need cold to sleep.

Great Stay

Great location, easy access to downtown and airport. It's not super walkable, but not a problem in colder weather. Host was very great! Clear on communication and very friendly. Will stay again.

Nice townhome

Beautiful home. Nicely outfitted with all you need. Modern appliances and decor. Neighborhood was not what I expected as it was more in an industrial area than a downtown area in my opinion. It is next to a large oil refinery of some sort. There is a good view of the capital and downtown skyline.

Clean and well Equipped

This is one of the best equipped properties that we have ever rented. Place settings are sufficient for seven diners. We cooked a lot of meals here. The property host is very responsive. Prospective renters should know that this is a 3 Level town home with seventeen steps between levels. The two master bedroom suites are on level 3 and kitchen/dining/living is on level 2. The garage takes 2 cars and is not shared with your neighbors. You will be provided with a garage door opener. The neighbors were quiet. This unit has quick access to the Salt Lake City freeway system.

Very Nice Home

The home was beautiful with comfortable beds, showers and lots of amenities. We were even able to park in the garage and had access to a garage door opener for convenience. The owners are very kind and attentive. But I have to be honest we were misled about the 3rd bedroom/bed. The 3rd bedroom is very tiny and the "bed" meant to sleep 2 was more of a chair that pulled out into a "bed". Thankfully there were only 5 of us and our 5th chose to sleep on the couch instead. Had our 6th guest shown up this would have been a huge problem. We were there for a volleyball tournament so good sleep was paramount for us! I also didn't love the floor plan as the first "bedroom" is on the ground floor, then you go upstairs to the middle level where the kitchen/living area are and then you go upstairs to a third floor for the 2 main bedrooms. So, if you have any issues with stairs then this is not the place for you. In spite of what I mentioned we would stay here again just knowing that 4 people would be the perfect amount. The location is central to the Convention Center and the University of Utah and Park City, Utah for skiing or walking around. The home is nicely decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need to cook meals.

Great townhouse in a convenient location

We chose Bountiful as a location for a ski trip in Utah. We generally ride at Snowbird but a few times were unable to go directly because of road closures in Little Cottonwood Canyon. As a result, we wanted to be somewhere that was equidistant to Snowbasin and the Cottonwood mountains and Bountiful was ideal for that. The house itself is great. Clean, modern, and well stocked. The bedrooms and beds were large and worked well for our family of four. The third bedroom is smaller and works as an office and the chair in there converts into a bed that works for one. We decided to have our kids share the bedroom upstairs. The location is convenient to the highway and near a lot of restaurants and grocery shopping (generally southeast of the house). It’s worth noting that the set of townhomes is near a train station and if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear the trains nearby. There is an also a fair bit of industrial zoning in the area but for us, it wasn’t a huge issue since we were generally gone all day. This worked for us and we had a great time skiing. Michael was a very responsive host and made sure everything was in order.
