Located in a quiet neighborhood within the vibrant Marmalade district near downtown, you'll have easy access to nearby bars, restaurants, and a brand-new public library. For guests staying 1 month or more, we include a complimentary cleaning service by trustworthy professionals. Your ideal home away from home awaits!

Enjoy the large, open-concept living area with a cozy living room, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry. You’ll have access to your own private 2-car attached garage, complete with a ski and snowboard rack, making it a perfect home base for mountain adventures. This spacious townhome features two king bedrooms, each with oversized walk-in closets, Casper mattresses, and full bathrooms for ultimate relaxation. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials, including cleaning products, extra towels, linens, and toiletries, so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive. There’s also an office with a pull-out sofa that converts into a full bed for extra guests.

Such a beautiful property. Every square inch of this place was clean with not a spick of dust. Love the added feature of a garage the guests can use. The hosts went out of the way to welcome you. The only down fall is the property is a city townhouse, so there was about 30 stairs to get to the bedrooms.

Michael was a great host and very responsive. Several nice touches were left for us - welcome guide, snacks, water. The property is spacious and secure parking is a big bonus.

This was an excellent stay that went above and beyond my expectations. Check in was seamless. The host was available for any questions and responded in a timely manner. The property was in great condition with plenty of room for 3 adults and my infant child. The host was particularly accommodating for my infant 1 year old. The host had a high chair and pack and play all ready to go when we arrived. Toys/games were also available for use. Can't say how grateful we are that those things were ready and available. Overall a wonderful stay and if I ever travel to SLC again, I would stay here again.

Michael's place is amazing! We enjoyed our stay here very much! Property was very clean, everything was as advertised and Michael was great with communication and check in instructions. Local was very good for everything we wanted to do. 20ish minutes to Lagoon and only a few minutes to downtown. Having a garage to park in was a huge plus! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Book with no hesitation!!

Wonderful stay. The townhouse is spacious and the garage with remote was wonderful! The kitchen appeared to be well stocked (we didn’t cook) and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion which was a plus. There was a welcome basket of snacks and a few drinks in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. So nice! The owner was excellent with communication. The townhouse is in more of an industrial area and we could hear a little noise from the road but overall it was the perfect place for our stay.

The place was beautiful, and conveniently located. The property manager was organized and accessible (although we didn’t need anything more than already provided). Everything was nice and easy. We were also really grateful for the snacks.

SLC Reunion

We had a great stay at Capitol Hill and Michael was an attentive host! We love the neighborhood, my friend from HS owns the Handlebar a block away, so that was fun to visit. The neighbors were friendly and the location was accessible for checking out the downtown area, with plenty of run and bike paths. The house was clean, attractive, and comfortable for all, with two master sized bedrooms and a guest room/office. The pull out sofa was a little smaller than expected, perfect for our teen but not made for her plus little sister. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and make snacks, and we had a great stay. Thanks!

We all loved our stay. Townhouse has everything you need! Very clean. Brought our dogs, plenty of places to walk. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops.We are staying there again we are moving in the area. Highly recommend this townhome.

Very Nice Home

The home was beautiful with comfortable beds, showers and lots of amenities. We were even able to park in the garage and had access to a garage door opener for convenience. The owners are very kind and attentive. But I have to be honest we were misled about the 3rd bedroom/bed. The 3rd bedroom is very tiny and the "bed" meant to sleep 2 was more of a chair that pulled out into a "bed". Thankfully there were only 5 of us and our 5th chose to sleep on the couch instead. Had our 6th guest shown up this would have been a huge problem. We were there for a volleyball tournament so good sleep was paramount for us! I also didn't love the floor plan as the first "bedroom" is on the ground floor, then you go upstairs to the middle level where the kitchen/living area are and then you go upstairs to a third floor for the 2 main bedrooms. So, if you have any issues with stairs then this is not the place for you. In spite of what I mentioned we would stay here again just knowing that 4 people would be the perfect amount. The location is central to the Convention Center and the University of Utah and Park City, Utah for skiing or walking around. The home is nicely decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need to cook meals.

Great townhouse and hosts!

This was a wonderful stay, the hosts have thought of everything from the welcome basket on the counter to the lush towels to the quality linens, everything was top notch! Michael is kind, respectful and an excellent communicator.I highly recommend this SLC santuary.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed!

This property is relatively new and has great finishes. It’s well located, with running, and hiking trails nearby, access to downtown that is unparalleled in a neighborhood that is not busy. We would stay there again. Note that the third bedroom is kind of an office downstairs, and as much colder than the rest of the house, which is great for those people who need cold to sleep.
