The space
Spread out in four spacious bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a full kitchen, living, and dining rooms, and a cozy sitting room.

The first floor features a small kitchen with adjoining coffee bar, and a large living room that opens to an enormous dining room.

The dining room boasts a gorgeous original crystal chandelier and stained glass window. If you need privacy (office workspace, for example), this room can be closed off to the rest of the first floor with two original pocket doors. There is a large window seat in the dining room as well, so if you need a break from work, you won't even have to leave your "office"!

The ground floor also has a queen bedroom, with an accessible bath just around the corner. The bath offers easy access to laundry, with a washer and dryer in the closet.
