Best location in Lake Arrowhead! Walk to town + steps away from Orchard Bay, the perfect place for all summer lake activities (coveted, private lake access on request). Meticulously renovated cottage with an oversized deck ideal for spending all day grilling and all night lounging under the stars. Whether you're looking to relax or work remotely, this cabin is the place to do it all. The perfect city escape, fully outfitted with all the comforts of home. You'll never want to leave!
Location, location, location!
Our cottage is perfectly situated in charming Orchard Bay near everything you'll want to access to get the full Lake Arrowhead experience. Orchard Bay is a delightful spot on the lake during all seasons. Dogwood flowers blossom in the Spring, the lake is steps away in the Summer, picturesque changing leaves abound in the Fall, and snow nestles on the surrounding Redwoods in the Winter.
Only a ~3 minute walk to the Lake Arrowhead private trail or a leisurely ~20 minute walk/ quick ~5 minute drive from Lake Arrowhead Village - the heart of the town where you'll find tours of the lake, great restaurants, and the largest grocery store and pharmacy in town. The perfect Lake Arrowhead landing pad.
The cabin has three dedicated parking spaces. Two in the driveway and one near the front steps. Get out on foot and explore. You can take the lake trail all the way to Lake Arrowhead Village (a beautiful lakeside walk that takes about 15-20 minutes) or zip over to the Village by car in less than 5 minutes.
If you are a new visitor to Lake Arrowhead, we suggest taking a lake tour on the Lake Arrowhead Queen boat right in the Village and exploring the many natural (parks, woods, hikes) and less natural but equally wonderful (Lake Arrowhead Brewing, LouEddies Pizza, Sky Park at Santa's Village) sights.
In the winter months, Lake Arrowhead is a snowy paradise - much to the shock and delight of our nearby city guests! Head to the Snow Drift Snow Tubing Park 20 minutes away for adventures in the snow. 30 minutes drive to excellent West Coast skiing/snowboarding at Snow Valley Ski Resort.

My wife Cassidy and I live in Los Angeles with two baby girls and two rescue dogs. As a native Angeleno, I am a lover of all things Southern California, especially the diversity of landscapes and experiences you can have over the course of just one day! We are so excited to host you at this beautiful Lake Arrowhead cabin, a true peaceful retreat from the cities nearby!

We are one of the few houses in Lake Arrowhead that can provide guest access to the private lake and trails. It only takes three minutes to walk from our house to the edge of the lake and trail that curves around the edge of the water. If you'd like to access the private lake, trails, and hikes, please let us know and we can provide that for you!
Our house has been recently renovated from top to bottom to provide an extremely comfortable stay for you and your friends and family. We have central heat and AC as well as a fireplace, which keeps the house comfortable in any season. Come enjoy the lake, a week of remote work, or a weekend away with your family!
