Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

This was one of the best I have ever stayed in…I love the way the owner let me come in early and decorate for my girlfriend birthday! The beds were super comfortable amazing view of the city! I will definitely book again just for the cozy home away from home

Great space for a family with a toddler. In historic district, could walk to River Walk which was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was clean, simple, spacious, and quiet.

Such a charming place. Stocked with all essential needs. Morning coffee on the balcony was so refreshing! Communication with homeowner was timely and pleasant. Went to visit family that recently relocated there. Will definitely be staying there again!

I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed with our daughter, grandson, and small dog for a soccer tournamet. We loved the history, cleanness, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The balcony is awesome!

Our host was great. He was in contact with me and replied quickly. We loved the house. Sooo much character in an older home. Kitchen labels were great on the drawers. The deck was nice as the weather was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to town. We would stay again and make it a longer visit for sure. So much to do in the city. Loved the history. Overall GREAT!

Cute house with great location to historic Wilmington. Had family Wedding. This home was walking distance to everything for us. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. I had forgotten it only had one bathroom so that was a tad bit of an inconvenience since there were 5 adults trying to get ready for a wedding (my bad) The bathtub was an antique footed tub was careful getting in and out as my legs are not as long. Host was super great with response time and very helpful Had a nice little porch on the front area to sit and have coffee in the morning

Historic Home with Space for All

Home was as described. If you appreciate an older historic home within walking distance to downtown shops, this may be the place for you. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and communication from host was excellent.

Great location, comfortable

Our family stayed here for a week long vacation. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shaded balcony was such a treat. The house is clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the heat wave. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay in Downtown Wilmington

My wife and I stayed here because we wanted a place near the downtown area. It was perfect for this! We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area.

Stunning 3 bedroom farmhouse nestled in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC
Mere minutes to the Famous River walk, restaurants and boutique shops tat make Wilmington so great. The balcony is stunning. Enjoy your coffee and hang with loved ones as you take in the breeze and scenery. 3 bedrooms have a queen, queen and king bed sleeping 6. We also have an air mattress available to accommodate 2 more for a total of 8 people. Dining room sits 6 comfortably maybe 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well
