Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house just off of Cedar Creek Lake!

Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, located just off Cedar Creek Lake. Just an hour from downtown Dallas, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-packed escape, our home is the perfect base for exploring all the lake has to offer.

Our home offers features such as king and queen sized beds, kitchen and coffee bar, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and covered parking.

A open concept living and dining room offers plenty of seating. Each room features a Smart TV so you can log into your favorite streaming services. We offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi through Starlink, with speeds up to 100mbps.

Each of our three bedrooms feature a spacious closet and dresser, giving you space to unpack, and feel right at home. The master bedroom hosts a king sized bed with queen sized beds found in the other two rooms. Two full bathrooms feature quartz countertops and decorative tile accents.

Our kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need, including a coffee bar to help you get your caffeine fix. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the house, so you won't have to worry about laundry piling up.

Covered parking is available, with additional parking available on-site. And while not directly on the water, your stay includes access to a neighborhood park with picnic tables on the water. Water rentals and more are available nearby.

Security features include a keypad entry and Ring doorbell camera.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. I’m pretty picky about where we stay and this was the perfect spot for our family to clean up and get some rest during our trip. If the property isn’t sold by the time we go back, I’d definitely book it again.

Perfect!!

We had an event to attend in the next town over, and instead of booking a hotel, we thought it would be nice to reserve a home for the night. Full disclosure, this was my first time renting a home for a night or a few days in general, and let me just say, it was the best decision ever! We have a big family, so having the extra space, a living room, and two showers (a must with one teen boy and three girls, including toddlers) was unbeatable.Everyone loved the house, it was immaculate. My husband, a former Marine, is extremely particular about cleanliness, think OCD-level, IYKYK and even he was impressed. He said that next time we visit his buddy, we’ll definitely be coming back. Also, our event was in the afternoon and we had to drive for a while so I asked if we could check in a little earlier to shower and get ready and the host was extremely accommodating.Thank you!!!!

Very nice and clean

House is new. Really cute and well stocked. Liked the covered parking since it rained everyday of our stay. Would stay here again if we come back this way.

Perfect little getaway!

We came down for a high school bass tournament. There were 3 teens and two adults. The house had plenty of room. It was clean and accurately reflected the description in the listing. Check in and check out were super easy. Would definitely rent again.

A quiet weekend

We just needed a weekend away to plan, make decisions, and not be distracted by responsibilities at home. We also wanted to take some time at First Monday. This house was perfect. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had a homey feel. It was a quiet neighborhood. We'd walk to the park and sit by the lake. First Monday was not far. We enjoyed our day very much.

Nice little home!

We came in town for a wedding, and had such a peaceful stay. Neighborhood was very quiet for a Saturday night out by the lake. Had everything we needed plus some! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home/wonderful host

The host was amazing at communication. We hosted our family Christmas here and everyone loved the house. They all complimented how easy it was to get to and how clean the house was. 100% would recommend this house to another.

What a cute house!

The house looked brand new. It was filled with new appliances. Very open floor plan. Was decorated with new items instead of left overs from someone’s house. Thoughtful items like hangers, extra pillows, make up cloths and easy check in/out! Would love to return…

Amazing home for the solar eclipse

Super clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and a beautiful location which made the perfect base camp for the solar eclipse! Samantha was communicative and friendly and gave us great local recommendations for the perfect spot to watch the eclipse. All in all an amazing trip. Thank you so much!!

Canton trip

We came to go to Canton. Nice house , very clean, and great communication with property management. One thing coffee cups are small but they did have paper ones to use. A back porch with chairs would be nice. Overall great experience. Would rent again.

Very neat, clean and comfortable. One small issue was shower water leaked through bottom of door onto floor. I would suggest in future you ask for a deposit Thank for responding quickly to our message regarding locking of front door

Excellent Experience as always

We have stayed at this property in the past. It is one of the work crews preferred properties to stay at. We are always so grateful when it is available to us. Host is super responsive and the house could not be more perfect for our crew's home away from home while they work at the lake.
