Washer and dryer and tv in bedroom would be great very nice to stay we were there 15 day's that's why Washer and dryer would have been great!

What a lovely cabin! We have rented several over the years and this definitely is my favorite! Well decorated and very clean and homey! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely place to stay! Super cute cabin, very peaceful and clean. We drove there for the first time in the dark and it was raining, so it was a bit hard to find the entrance - but the nice neighbors actually helped point is in the right direction. The house addresses next to it aren't in numerical order so don't let that confuse you! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy place

Our experience was very nice in the cabin. We found it has everything we needed for the weekend. Very clean, and well maintained! The sound of the creek near by was very relaxing, specially having a coffee at the front porch, even though it is a populated area, it was very quiet. We also enjoyed the fire pit area. It would be nice to have a dryer and washer in the cabin for a longer stay, but for our weekend it was ok without it. The driveway could be a little challenging for some drivers, but there is space to park on the side of the road. In general we had a great time, I will recommend this cabin!

It was what I expected

Stay was nice , cabin was perfect for what we were doing. Only negative would be the amount of parking but we made it work. Small cars this is fine but larger trucks it might be a little cramped but all in all we liked it.

This ended up being one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The cabin was remarkably clean and we got a kick out of the bear b&b theme. Our cat and dog loved it too. Thanks for being cat friendly. We hope to come back again.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

My husband, myself, and our two children, age 22 and 17 along with our pup who is 13, we LOVED this cabin so much we did NOT want to leave. It was our sons last Christmas with us at home because he’s joining the Coast Guard in a few days. We made wonderful memories and enjoyed this cabin, so much very clean, very well decorated. Veronica put up Christmas lights for us and there was a small tree and a wreath everything perfect for the four of us. We did have a friend and his son come visit from South Carolina for the afternoon Christmas Day and they LOVED the cabin too!! Only downside was bringing our own pans (not that big a deal) which I had read reviews prior so I knew to bring them anyway (used my cast iron on the grill/fireplace. Thank you for everything Veronica I do hope it will be available next year as well. Thank you so much from our family. Happy New Year

Beautiful cabin!

It was a beautifully decorated cabin and ready for the holiday season which made the stay even better. We did not need the host during our stay but she was attentive from the moment of booking. We'd love to stay here again!

Misleading

No fenced in area for pets as stated. Only a very short rock wall which my little dogs could jump over. The creek is across the road and you can't get down to it. Can't even see it from the cabin. Barely hear it so I don't know how it can lull you to sleep. Pots and pans were in terrible condition. Could not cook anything without it sticking to the bottom and I am an excellent cook. Kitchen is very very small. Only one person in at a time.

Cute

Small cabin, highly decorated w/wonderful porch. Small kitchen not well equipped with dinnerware or cookware. There was no warning about the driveway being difficult and a hazard for senior citizens. You have to make a very sharp three point turn to exit property while negotiating a steep drive. The sound of the creek is great but it keeps everything damp smelling. A washer and dryer would have been nice. Did not feel safe walking our dog due to so many unleashed dogs in the neighborhood

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend at this rustic cabin. The home was exceptionally clean. The gated porch and yard were perfect for our dog and the babbling brook was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend!!

Cozy mountain cottage

This was a nice place with comfortable beds! It was just what we were looking for as a mountain get away. It was clean and tidy and the front porch was our favorite spot to gather. Thanks for hosting our family!

Overall great stay

Check in was a bit difficult. No reception at place (AT&T). Make sure to get good directions and code prior to arrival. Place was great. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Creek sounds are nice sitting on porch.

VRBO TOTALLY INEFFICIENT!!!! Will not use them again!

Property beautiful, neat and clean. We were pleasantly overwhelmed by the interior decor. Far superior to usual rental properties of this type. Very good location convenient to surrounding attractions. The sound of the adjacent creek was so soothing, singing us to sleep every night. Would have been totally enjoyable and satisfying except for the inefficiencies of vrbo.

Perfect mountain cabin

We loved our vacation at this adorable cabin. Perfect setting, comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay again. Close to shops and restaurants.

Hiawassee is a beautiful lake town with a little old mystery about it. I can imagine when the indigenous lived here and what a serene place it must have been.
