Mexican Hacienda Del Mar with Heated Pool and Spa, 5min drive to Beach!

Enjoy all that Mexico has to offer in this recently remodeled Modern indoor/outdoor style Hacienda in Del Mar sitting on 1 acre of land w/private pool and 2 jacuzzis. Close to both Del Mar & Solana Beaches, race tracks, restaurants & more! Beautifully landscaped inspired by traditional Mexico w/the intention to create a calm & serene environment for gathering in the outdoor space with 2 firepits overlooking the ocean. We also have a game room made out of the garage w/ping pong table & area for fun.

The master suite offers a king size bed with its own bathroom including tub/shower. The other 2 guest bathrooms share a hallway bathroom. One spacious guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the other Frida bedroom has one queen bedroom. A total of 4 beds and an extra queen blowup mattress if needed.

The outside space offers 2 fire pits, 2 jacuzzis and a pool. Pool heating is additional charge, please inquire.

This Del Mar home offers a perfectly the ultimate privacy. You'll love the attention to detail and immaculate condition. This hideaway offers a truly unique and leisurely setting with beautiful views from every room.

We love our neighbors. Strict zero tolerance noise policy enforced. If you wish to host a party, this is not the home for you. Host lives nearby. Deposit and rental will be fully forfeited should you be asked to leave the premise due to noise complaints. This is our private home, kindly treat it like your own.

Solana Beach City requires that we collect a 13% TOT (occupancy tax). You will see this fee listed as "management fee" in your booking.

Friendly, quiet, non-digging house trained dogs will be welcomed on a case by case basis with pet fee of $100 per pet. Woof! Please inquire.
There are a few local dog-friendly beaches with the two nearest being Del Mar Dog Beach approx 2.4mi away, which is off-leash during the off season and Del Mar Shores Terrace in Solana Beach approx 2.1mi South has a year round on-leash policy. These two beaches connect.
Seaside and Cardiff State Beaches in Encinitas approx 2.5-3mi North also allow dogs on leash. Ask me for the link to dog-friendly beaches :)

Clean rooms, pet friendly, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, simple check in & out, easy communication with the host, cool vibe with lots of cool spaces to hang out or explore (rooftop deck, fire pit, little interesting spots around the property with swings, etc). Pool & main yard were delightful!

We had such a great time at this property. Nick was great to work with, proactively reaching out and also responding quickly when we did message him with questions. The house was very clean and well equipped for making meals. There's so many places to hang out or enjoy that you may not even utilize them all. We put a LOT of miles on that pool and hot tub. They feel brand new and are clean and clear as can be. Thanks to the design of the property it feels secluded while not being far from beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. We all highly recommend this property but urge you to leave a few weeks open in August/September so we can try to come back again next year. We lack photos because we were too busy enjoying the house, pool, and hot tub.

Understated but elegant hacienda vibe

Very comfortable stay. Loved the ambience of the courtyard/pool area. Nick was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Happiness at the Hacienda

This bright and cheerful home made for a great 4 day stay. The pool and hot tubs were a delight. We enjoyed the fire pit and bbq and swings.Comfortable beds and linens. Very functional kitchen and all amenities worked well. Had some family fun watching the Olympics and playing cards. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely Beautiful

We enjoyed a relaxing and very delightful stay at the Mexican Hacienda. The home is beautiful. The featured natural sunlight and well-appointed design offers true comfort. The home was clean, and the pool was pristine. The unique landscape and property lighting added to our enjoyment. Many fun memories were made. We were especially impressed with our premier host Nick. He was outstanding.

Favorite stay ever

Ive stayed in hundreds of rentals at this point and this one truly was my favorite ever. Very private, everything you could need and with more. On top of the interior of the home being gorgeous, the outside areas make it just as special. The swings are amazing during sunset and the hot tub is huge! We had a great time playing ping pong and honestly didnt want to leave! Thank you to the owner as well for letting us extend our stay last minute. 11/10 on all parts

Truly Lovely

The Hacienda was the perfect getaway! We had a group of 50-year-olds and a couple kiddos. This house has something for everyone! Relaxing pool jacuzzi swings ping pong table everyone had fun. Super comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space if you needed to put somebody on an air mattress somewhere. Even a rooftop deck. So many different spots all in one property to relax. We never even made it down to the fire pit area. Definitely coming back Nick was in excellent host!

wonderful!

As a couple we were able to spend 14 days in this beautiful house and enjoyed every day. The location of the house is very nice and quiet in a good neighborhood. From the various sides and especially from the rooftop terrace there is a wonderful view towards the Pacific and the valleys in front of it. The nearby interstate didn't bother us. The extensive outdoor facilities are extremely well maintained and tastefully designed. The newly made pool and jacuzzi in the hacienda are sensational. Complemented by a beautiful shady outdoor area and the aforementioned space on the roof of the house with beautiful lounge furniture and a 360° view. The interior furnishings are also very tasteful. The kitchen equipment couldn't be better, nice dishes and everything was super clean and new. (The entire house was also super clean). The beds have very high quality mattresses. The bathrooms are very well made and equipped. For people staying longer, storage options would be a useful addition to the overall excellently designed and equipped house. We made a lot of use of the beautiful house and the extensive garden area around the house and it was just wonderful to relax. All in all, it is a wonderful accommodation that we would happily recommend. Nick was also a very good host, he always responded very quickly to questions and took care of everything very well. We will definitely come back, for us it was the perfect place for a wonderful vacation in SoCal.
