Easy self-check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m. Don't worry...car tags will be available at the WLE office before 4:30 pm or the next day.

It contains everything you will need for your stay, including a full kitchen with a single-serve coffee maker, utensils, pots/pans, a dishwasher, and a crock pot, we even supply starter coffee and tea supplies.

We love our 2 bedroom Cozy Chalet, which we call "Bali's Cottage" and know you will too. Please relax and enjoy our home at Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, A Wonderful Community Nestled in the Pocono Mountains. This home is perfect for your family and friends. With 2 bedrooms, both holding queen-sized beds, along with 2 full-size beds in the loft, this home will accommodate six adults comfortably. The house has central a/c, gas heat, wi-fi, smart TV, and a small desk area. Our full kitchen has everything you need to dine in: dishwasher, microwave, stove, dining area, coffee maker, toaster, dishes/pot/pans/utensils. Our large patio has an outdoor grill with propane for entertaining and a fire pit (use at your own risk) with a sitting area in the backyard.

Come enjoy the comforts of home while using all of the same WLE amenities that we do. You are a 5-minute walk to the outdoor pool. WLE is a private community with 24-hour security. Amenities include a family clubhouse, skate park, 2 heated outdoor pools one with a water slide (which is walkable-Rockledge Pool), 1 heated indoor pool w/sauna, snack shack, picnic areas, 2 beaches, marina, volleyball, tennis courts (need to be reserved in advance at the main office), playground, swim docks, baseball field, basketball, gym and so much more including community events on weekends. Feel free to bring your water toys which you can launch at the public boat launch nearby. There are so many endless activities you can do in the local area. Parking is available through the owner; contact us for details.

Renters must be 28 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. We require photocopies of driver's licenses to ensure compliance with this rule. There is NO smoking in the house. NO pets are allowed. Since this home is located in a secured, private community, a rental application will be required which will be emailed to you. This application must be completed and signed and must include the names, ages, addresses, and relationships to you of all of your guests. This application must be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will issue a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the maximum number of people as indicated in this listing. You will need to check in at the main office at WLE for car passes upon your arrival (or the next morning). The community is very strict on its rules and regulations, especially having all vehicles registered and passes displayed appropriately. The fines for violations are steep and will be your responsibility if any are issued during your stay.

WLE Amenities for Summer Renters: WLF offers amazing amenities, and most operating hours can be found on its website. Different months of the year affect the availability of many amenities. All amenities require badges, which will be provided to renters. Several lakes in our community require a valid fishing license.

*Paper Products- We stock the house with a starter roll of paper towels and several rolls of toilet paper. We strongly suggest planning to bring extra for your stay.
*We stock basic supplies such as glass, all-purpose cleaners, and trash bags.

*We do not supply firewood or duraflame logs.
*We do not have a golf cart for use.
