Upscale Comfort in Dripping Springs - The Goodnight House - Spacious 4/3 - Views

Are you ready for your perfect Hill Country getaway?! Welcome to The Goodnight House, a spacious and lovely home with upscale furnishings, expansive views, and thoughtful amenities.

You'll love all the features offered inside: large bedrooms with plenty of room for luggage and extra vanities to get ready; three full bathrooms with ample counter space; multiple tables for dining, playing games, or working on the go; abundant seating and extra benches for making yourself at home; and four smart tv's with streaming services. Plus the Goodnight House has a charming sunroom, upstairs window nook, and full size laundry room!

The inside provides everything you need and more, but the outside will promise a stay above and beyond with stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset, a grand front porch, an elevated fire pit with adirondack chairs, gas grill, washer boards, and a fully fenced and private backyard with party lights.

You'll find thoughtful amenities throughout the home, including plush pillows and mattresses, hotel style toiletries, hair dryers, a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, complimentary snacks and wine, and more.

The Goodnight House is in the perfect location right off Route 12 and a mile north of Mercer Street. Central access to both downtown Dripping Springs and the area's wedding venues, wineries, breweries, and shops. Wimberley, Johnson City, Blanco, Fredericksburg, Gruene, and many Hill Country favorites are all within an hour's drive. Bee Cave is 15 minutes away and downtown Austin and the airport are both 35 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at the Goodnight House so much!! The home was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable for all of us. Location was perfect for all the events we had to attend for our Granddaughter's wedding. The view is beautiful!! The host was so nice and kept us informed about things going on there and what we needed to know. I hope we can visit again!!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was close to the venue and tons of restaurants nearby. From the moment we walked in the house it was very clean and there were even welcome snacks for us. Such a thoughtful gesture. Communication was also great. Rachel the property manager texted us upon arrival to make sure we were settled in and to help with any questions we might have. It was a wonderful weekend and we would definitely stay here again. Our family came to stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was a perfect size for our extended family and the check in process was seamless, especially with impatient kiddos. They had everything you could think to need - we adored how quiet and calm everything was!

Goodnight is so perfect!

We stayed at the property for a family wedding and the house was conveniently located near the venues and was the perfect place to spend time. We had young adults and our elderly parents and the house was perfect. We will absolutely be back.

Great Place for a Family Gathering

We attended a wedding at Camp Lucy over the weekend. This house was close to the venue and offered a wonderful respite from a crazy weekend. The bedrooms (4) were comfortable and 3 bathrooms was great. All the amenities were there with nothing lacking. Nothing but good things to say about this house and the owners who were very attentive.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Beautiful house. Great location. Friendly & communicative host. Definite "luxury vibes". It was the perfect oasis for the bride and bridesmaids over the wedding weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and be comfortable. Would be great for families traveling to Dripping Springs for a special occasion or get-away. We would highly recommend!

Fantastic Host and House

My family had a wonderful time at the Goodnight House. The house was immaculate, well-cared for and had lots of space for all us to sleep comfortably. Chuck and Pat were quick to respond, helpful with questions and very accommodating. Spacious house!

We had a fantastic stay at this vrbo. The house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our group to spread out and relax. The house was very clean and well equipped. The living area was cozy and inviting. We appreciated the outdoor space, which included the lovely patio. I’m a stickler on beds and they were so comfortable. Overall great communication from hosts that were very accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great Weekend

This house is exactly as advertised. My family rented the house for my daughter’s wedding. The host communicates very well and is easy to work with. Everything was very clean and worked as you would want in your own home. The rooms are large and the house is spacious. The house exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent the house again if we are in the area.

Girls Trip 2023

I am Bessie, not Vickie, but she was one of the ladies who stayed. We had a wonderful time and the home was very beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We got to meet Rachel, the host and she was so accommodating. The area was so peaceful and quiet. Me, nor any of the other ladies have any complaints. I would highly recommend the Goodnight House.

Awesome stay

Absolutely top notch. You thought of everything. This is the first time using VRBO. We are very impressed. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dripping Springs. We were not ready to leave. Made our granddaughters wedding even that much more special. Rachel was so responsive and helpful. If you stay anywhere else you are in the wrong home. Thank you.

Welcome to The Goodnight House! We're Chuck and Pat Lehman and look forward to hosting your perfect stay. We're originally from Indiana, and we fell in love with Dripping Springs when our youngest daughter and her family moved here. This is our home away from home that we open up to others when we're not using it. Our daughter helps manage the property for us and will be your contact for anything you might need during your visit. Our goal is to provide a five-star experience so that you enjoy our home, Dripping Springs, and the Hill Country area as much as we do!

Our home is located in the perfect area with easy access to all the local favorites, but also plenty of privacy - and amazing hill country views! If you're a morning person, you can't beat the sunrise from the front porch, and the elevated fire pit in the backyard offers beautiful scenery any time of day. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and pretty, a great place for running and walking. Our driveway is located on a side street just off the entrance road, making it very easy to get in and out, with ample parking for several cars.

We love to get together with groups of friends, and this home is just perfect for that, inside and out. The interior is spacious and bright, and we've chosen upscale, comfy furniture for enjoying your stay. There's plenty of seating for everyone, lots of tables for eating and playing games, and we always leave a gift basket with wine, chocolate, and snacks! If you enjoy the outdoors, you've got your choice of the front porch or private backyard with those unbeatable views. We hope your visit brings you to The Goodnight House!
