E Komo Mai “welcome” to Kapalua Golf Villa 25P 3&4! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is nestled on the Kapalua Bay Course and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen that features granite counter tops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors. Please note there are steps to access the unit.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom offering dual sinks and a tile surrounded walk in shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find two Queen size beds, access to a beautiful lanai, and a separate TV. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This villa stays cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, perfect after a day in the sun! This luxury villa offers a quiet and serene setting with close proximity to many of Maui top rated beaches, champion golf courses, and award-winning restaurants. You will have ocean views, early morning rainbows and magnificent sunsets from your spacious, wrap-around lanai. This villa is tropically decorated with Hawaiian inspired decor and artwork throughout. You'll also find a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

Even better than the pictures, excellent property. We really enjoyed the proximity to all things Kapalua. Walk or take the shuttle, this is a great spot. Mahalo.

Nice place!

The location is great for Napili Bay. We used the free shuttle to get to the beach (don't forget to tip). The pools were also nice and the main pool is heated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the gadgets we needed. Overall an excellent stay and we would come back here again.

This was a beautiful VRBO right on the golf course. It was fun watching people tee off in the morning. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hawaii! The only thing I'm unsure about is weather or not we had beach access. We went to the restaurant on the water at Kapalua but I'm not sure if we were supposed to be on the beach.

A Touch of Paradise

The unit and it's location are beautiful. The design and furnishings were lovely. Property managers were spot on. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Have been visiting Kapalua for over 35 years and keep coming back.

Great Place

The property was clean. We had plenty of space and was able to sit out on the deck many days. The property is located on the bottom level, so we did hear a lot of walking around from the upper condo. Which was a little distracting. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

Nice condo, very quiet place with a great oceanview

We had an amazing time at this condo. It's perfect fitted for 4, a lots of space. Kitchen is perfectly equipped with a lot of useful cooking stuff. The terrace is really spaceful and from there you have an amazing oceanview. It's a calm place and we could perfectly relax during our stay. The only little negative thing were the mattressess of the beds which have been saggy. But we really loved it there and would come back any time.

Resort Escape

Our stay was perfect. The Villa was beautiful, comfy and perfect for our family vacation with 2 adult children. Everyone had room to spread out and relax. The views of the golf course and ocean were stunning. The location was just what we were wanting…not crowded, away from the “resort strip” but still close to all of the amenities. The Honolua General Store is a gem located in the grounds. They have everything that you could need from groceries, hot coffee, cafe counter and souvenirs and gifts. We also enjoyed the Taverna Restaurant on the grounds. Our stay was more than we expected and look forward to staying here again.

Family vacation at Kapalua Golf VIllas

After spending a day in Kapalua earlier in the year, we chose to stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas for our summer family vacation. The property is beautiful, and the golf courses are very well maintained. The view from our golf villas was of the golf course, which was very pleasant. The condo itself was well maintained; the location was nice & quiet with beautiful views. The one downfall was the bedding. All of the beds had one very used & worn blanket in between two low grade sheets, which gives a motel-vibe. The one recommendation we would have is to upgrade all of the bedding to match the price point of the stay.

Lovely Spacious Property, Beautiful Relaxing View

The property was well equipped. One thing to note, if you are a coffee drinker, they do not provide a starter kit of coffee. So be prepared to bring your own or to buy coffee from the nearby General Store. Management/Owner was easy to reach and communicated in a timely fashion. Large unit with enough space for us to spread out. I particularly liked having a desk separate from the bedroom which made remote working a breeze. Bedrooms and bathrooms were generous in size and well maintained. Property was as it appeared in the photos. I would rent this villa again.

Nice and clean and comfortable

The unit was exactly as described. Nice and clean and comfortable. Really liked the layout. Very peaceful setting my family and I had a great time relaxing in the unit and on the lanai. Beautiful views of the sunset every night.

KBM Hawaii described this place to the tee. My 2 teenagers and I had a fantastic time while here. Extremely Comfortable and very convenient to everything. I would stay here again and recommend their services to everyone I know coming to Hawaii. Definitely 5 Stars

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable with extra comfortable beds. Well located near 3 pools. The shuttle service made the beaches very convenient as well. If you want a care free relaxing vacation- this is it.

Amazing

At first we thought something had to of been wrong with this place ! It seemed way to perfect for the price we were going to pay. BUT it was amazing ! Having to leave will be a difficult task! Everything was as described and the room was spactacular as well and the view. The property is so beautiful every night and Morning I found myself on the patio taking it all in. Everyone has been super helpful and sweet and I am going to stay here the next time and the next time after that and the next time after that!!!!!!
