This was a great rental! Quiet and cozy, the room was a nice size and the walk-in shower was fantastic. Everything was clean, and the added kitchenette amenities were a very nice touch. Pam was a wonderful host, if you have the time before you have to head out, I recommend having a chat with her before you go! Would definitely book again!

This is a quaint place and an easy stay for locals for are wine tasting or enjoying the red rocks. Host was easy to communicate with and made my stay seamless.

Our stay was very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable. Pam was an exceptional host and was very prompt to respond to our texts with questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The communication with Pam before and during our stay was excellent. Her place is perfect for a couple nights of unwinding (comfy bed, great shower, and the basic amenities similar to a cozy hotel room). The location is ideal for visiting Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and Sedona. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint rental. When we come out to Cottonwood to visit again, hopefully we get to stay in the same spot.

It’s a big master bedroom with a full bath tucked away in the rear of the property. It also has a fridge and microwave and utensils etc. Cute place. Quiet neighborhood.

Biking and hiking getaway

Cozy property, close to stores and restaurants. Most of all not far from hiking and biking trails. Several trails for hiking and biking at Deadhorse Ranch State Park.

Feels like home!

The property manager was very sweet:) when we checked in we saw that she had taken time to hand-write us 2 pages of recommendations in the area. The room itself was very comfortable!

Convenient location for hiking in Sedona

I spent a week hiking Red Rocks, and enjoyed my hillstop stay. The shower is lovely, and there was lots of space for my stuff--I'm on a two month road trip so the extra closet space came in handy. Wifi is fast, and host is responsive, and there was a little outdoor seating area (sadly, the weather didn't permit me to use it much)

Vacation Getaway

I went there to get away from the metro Phoenix congestion and fast paced lifestyle to explore the surrounding areas of Cottonwood. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Pam is a wonderful hostess and the suite was perfect because it had everything I needed in one cozy room. The location is close enough to everything but far enough to feel the privacy I desired.

Vacation

We stayed here for 3nights and we loved it,! It was so cozy and clean. It was just outside Cottonwood and very quiet. It has everything that we needed. Plenty of information about things available and things to do in the area. If we are out that way again we would definitely stay there again. We would highly recommend it! Thank you!

Great location

The short walk to a less traveled walking path along the Verde river is going to make us come back again and again. What a gorgeous hidden away spot. Breathtakingly beautiful. I also enjoyed the patio space. We never met the owner but she was very polite in our messages and has many amenities if you want to cook (we didn't) and good books around to read. Bed was comfortable.

The place was very clean and well-maintained. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere that the host had created. The layout of the apartment was good and the location was perfect for our needs. The area was quiet allowing us to relax and unwind after the long day of hiking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Restaurants and groceries were also conveniently close. Communication with the host was seamless. She was responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. We would definitely go back.
