Rosenberg grad trip

We rented the property to go to our granddaughters graduation. Everything was excellent. It was actually walking distance to the Epic center, so we did not have to deal with the parking jams!

The space has so much potential. We stayed last year and loved it!! However this year definitely has a changed. Cleaners need to be fired.. Not very thorough at all or even decent. Bring your own pillows sheets and towels and toiletries and you should be ok.

Property was clean and comfortable, very close to the fairgrounds where we had our event. The neighbor hood had a park for kids which is nice. There was some noise at night from neighbors down the street. Would stay again if we have another event in this location.

great location

the location was perfect, home was nice. The only problem was that the sofa bed was a bit worn and there was not 2 sofa beds. If that other thing that was on the floor a sofa bed it was too hard for anyone to sleep on.

Great location for our convention!

My family attended a convention nearby (4-minute drive). The house was roomy, clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was prompt. We hope to be back next summer.

Spotless house and quiet neighborhood

The house is clean and well-equipped. It’s a bit dim due to warm lighting but not very bright in the living room. The TV isn’t working properly, but we didn’t need it, so we didn’t ask the host. Overall, a comfortable stay!

Everything on the listing was accurate, the property was clean, it was easy to find, close to the highway and shopping areas a plus for my wife. The only negative is that garage door was working. I love the king size bed wow

Great stay

Our grandson was playing in a baseball tournament near by. This place was perfect! Very clean and spacious. Washer worked well. Dryer worked but had a horrible loud noise like coins or rocks in the cylinder. Easy to access the house thru the door code. Owner was responsive few times we communicated. Great experience!

Nice for the whole family

This home was perfect for our stay in Rosenberg, Tx. We were there for a convention. It was close to our venue and in a quiet neighborhood yet not in the middle of the town. All the rooms were upstairs. The home was clean and ready for our stay. It had plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was very nice it was fully fenced there was little patio and grill. We are hoping to return to Rosenberg again and this will be the home we chose.

Plenty of Space

Stayed for a week with my dogs and the property matched its description. There was plenty of space to relax for the week. I had asked the property manager a question a month before the stay that was never answered but once I started my stay they were very responsive with messages. The trashcans outside were overflowing and there was garbage piled in the garage from previous renters. Otherwise, the place was clean.

Clean Home-Great location

-loved the shower, perfect pressure & enough hot water - Great WiFi - Enough bedsheets -Lots of clean towels -The house is very clean -The location is great. -Master bathroom is clean and well lit but the shower door is moldy. Slimy shower curtain lining in the other bathroom moves. We suggest either clean it very well after each visit: ensure the magnet stays on or buy new ones for each visit. -More blankets are needed -There's a need for variety of cooking pots with lids, chopping boards, grater and a sieve. -If it can house 12 people, 12 mugs/cups/plates would be ideal so that the guests are not buying paper products - Customer service could be improved. Upon our arrival on a Thursday night as a party of 8, we were in need of additional blankets. Despite the property accommodating up to 12 guests, we couldn't find any extra blankets beyond those on the beds. After reaching out about this issue, we received a response insisting that extra blankets were available, despite our thorough search proving otherwise. Furthermore, when we experienced a water outage in the house, causing us to vacate from afternoon till night, the response from the host indicated they would investigate but failed to follow up to confirm if the issue had been resolved. FYI: the right banner at the back on the stove is not working. SUGGESTIONS- An electric water kettle would be nice or let guests know what they need to bring. -Condiments and sugar would be a great addition to the pantry.
