Smokey View Home - pata de oso en el lago Hiwassee - $ Millones Ver

Nuestra casa de montaña de estilo ejecutivo cuenta con cuatro dormitorios, con camas de matrimonio, y tres cuartos de baño, cada uno con doble lavabo y bañera / ducha combinaciones. Las vistas del lago y la cordillera desde el dormitorio principal y dos cubiertas son realmente increíble, algunos de los mejores que ofrece la pata de oso.

El nivel del piso principal tiene pisos de madera de roble macizo, y elevados techos de lengüeta y ranura de pino. Este nivel cuenta con una gran sala abierta, un comedor, una apilada chimenea de gas roca, un televisor de pantalla plana LCD de 32 pulgadas con sonido envolvente, un combo VCR / DVD, una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de superficie sólida y fregadero, levantado el panel del roble muebles de cocina, dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Esta planta lleva a dos cubiertas, una cubierta con un swing de cedro de 6 pies y una abierta. La vista del lago y las montañas de ambos de estas cubiertas es fantástico !!

El nivel superior tiene un dormitorio principal con pisos de madera de roble macizo, un televisor, un reproductor de DVD y una sala de estar que da a la gran sala de abajo y la fantástica vista del lago y las montañas a través de la pared de ventanas. Este dormitorio principal también tiene un baño completo.

La planta baja tiene un dormitorio, una sala de estar con un televisor, un reproductor de DVD, un baño completo, una arandela de tamaño completo y secadora, y una cubierta, con un swing de 5 pies. Ofrece vistas al lago y las montañas.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en la pata de oso, que es el único desarrollo en el magnífico Lago Hiwassee en las montañas del suroeste de Carolina del Norte. Lago Hiwassee sólo cinco a diez minutos a pie de nuestra casa. Lago Hiwassee es un largo lago de montaña de 18 millas que ofrece la pesca ocasional, canotaje y natación. También hay una piscina comunitaria (abierta desde Memorial Day hasta el Día del Trabajo, un puerto deportivo que alquila botes, pista de tenis, una cancha de baloncesto, un parque infantil y un estanque de pesca de un niño. Una puerta de entrada de seguridad se suma a la sensación de paz y serenidad que impregna la pata de oso.

This was, by far, my favorite rental to date! The view is absolutely breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice. The house had every little thing you could need to truly feel like you were home. The owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions.

If you’re looking for a house in Bear Paw with a flat, easy driveway and no stairs to get inside, this is the one! We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The house was spotless, with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fridge was the perfect size for all our groceries for the week, and we had plenty of space to spread out across all three floors—it never felt cramped, even with the whole family.My personal favorite part was enjoying coffee on the porch each morning, watching the birds and taking in the peaceful view of the lake. We’ll absolutely be back!

Very clean and comfortable. All the conveniences of home. Fast WI-FI. Comfortable beds with split zone AC for the loft master. We both had cell service with Verizon and ATT. Beautiful lake and mountains views. Birds squirrels and chipmunks will clean you out of bird seeds. Great communication with the owner. Spent June ‘23 and will return for September. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful VIEWS!

We loved the chalet so much we didn't even want to leave to go out on the town. Weather was great and we spend most of our time on the huge deck taking in the clean air and the fantastic views. The chalet was clean and comfy along with space for large families to spread out with 3 levels. It does have steep stairs going to lower level but does have a door to keep your littles safe. Would love to return soon! Joey

Phenomenal Views

Exceptional mountain home without question. As already discussed with the Owner, the bathroom toilets in particular need to be replaced since the current toilets are "low-boys" and don't conform to current ADA requirements. As reflected by our stays, we've selected this particular home numerous times and there's literally nothing a Guest needs to bring with them for the kitchen, right down to detail like plastic wrap and aluminum foil in the kitchen. Great and Caring Owners no question about it!

Perfect peaceful getaway ❤️

Our stay at Carlos’ place was amazing! The view was spectacular day and night. The birds were so much fun to watch. We had a woodchuck hanging out in the yard several times. The house was clean and comfortable. There were other homes close by but because of the trees surrounding it felt like we were miles away from everyone. We loved eating in Murphy at Shoebooties and Julies Place. The marina nearby had great deals on boat rentals of the prestine Lake Hiwassee. We’ll definitely be back to Murphy. 😊

Magnificent view, extremely well maintained property. Hummingbirds’ entertainment included.

When entering the cabin, the first thing that draws you in is the large, high windows that display the magnificent landscape. Inside the cabin, the rooms look bigger than the photos show; the property is very well organized, maintained, and clean. We were spending a lot of time on the wrap around deck enjoying the views and “actions” around the hummingbird feeder. It was quite amusing to see hummingbirds’ quirks and personalities. In the backyard, some small animals come wondering about, such as squirrels, woodchucks, deer, and even chipmunks. The property does not have cell signal for our carrier; however the WiFi system works well and if there is an option on your phone, WiFi calling can be implemented. There is also landline. The cabin resides in a gated community with security. Within the community there is a community pool along with a pickleball court and basketball court. During our stay, there were very few people using these facilities, which is a big plus for someone who is trying to socially distance and enjoy their stay. Along with that, there is a local marina within the community that allows boat rentals and serves a quick snacks and dessert such as delicious soft-served ice-cream. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions, very friendly and informative. The stay at the property was very pleasant. There were some routes that I would not recommend taking when heading to Knoxville, which is the Unicoi Turnpike closest to the cabin area. The road is a gravel, unpaved windy road for many miles that was suggested to us by GPS.

Gorgeous view!

Thank you for a wonderful rental. Everything was just as promised. We really enjoyed the view and sitting outside on the shaded part of the deck. Kitchen had an ample supply of pots, pans, electric fryer, utensils, etc. to make all of our dishes. Bear Paw is a lovely area and we took advantage of exploring around and seeing all the sights. The area by the lower part of the Hiawassee Dam was just so serene and a great place to relax and fish in the shade. We especially appreciated the local expert, Don, at the front gate. He helped us answer every question we had about the area.

We have two children who also live in Tallahassee and four grandchildren, two of whom live close to us. We are both graduates of Florida State University and follow the Seminoles. We enjoy visiting our rentals in
Nashville, TN, and in Bear Paw near Murphy, NC, but we also enjoy sharing the fun with you. We have many repeat renters who have become friends to us. We keep our rentals clean, well-furnished and updated for your enjoyment. Please read our outstanding reviews. They are very important to us!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We had vacationed in Bear Paw several times and enjoyed the area a great deal. It is in a gated community near Murphy, and has beautiful views. We liked the fact that there is an olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis court and basketball courts to provide entertainment. We love to walk inside Bear Paw and take the boat out on the pristine lake. Our children, who are grown now but were young at the time we built our first house in Bear Paw, absolutely loved to come here, and still do. . Since the area has rentals and permanent homes, we did not feel like we were tourists; we felt at home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We like swimming and fishing on the lake as well as boating. The swimming pool and playground are nice for the little ones. It is such a peaceful place. If you want activities, there are plenty around, but if you want peace and quiet, Bear Paw is hard to beat.
