I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents, who are separated, to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find condos in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If this listing is available, my dad isn't in town, and so his beautiful condo is available to use!

Our condo is conveniently located just 5 miles (10-minute drive) from FSU—close enough for easy access, yet comfortably removed from the college hustle, creating a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. You'll also find grocery options like Publix nearby, and Whole Foods is just a 15-minute drive away. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, beautiful parks—including some with pickleball courts—and much more for you to enjoy!

Absolutely beautifully decorated condo in Tallahassee!! Truly the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Andrew was the kindest and most communicative host! Easy check-in and check-out process! Such attention to details- fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bath rooms and the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep on. Plenty of parking as well and so convenient to FSU and TSC! Can’t wait to stay there again on another trip to Tallahassee!!

Best condo and best host

We have stayed at a lot of places, but this was the best. It truly was a home away from home. Andrew was also the best host/owner. We had several requests and he replied within five minutes every time. Appliances were great including a crock pot and air fryer. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was tastefully decorated. The location was great and we enjoyed walking around the complex in the evenings. If you visit Tallahassee, this condo should be at the top of your list.

Resort living

This condo is 5 start living at its finest! I usually bring so much with me when I travel but didn't need to this time. Andrew's place was beautiful and his attention to detail was a delight. We stayed 2 nights and I was sad that I didn't get to spend more time in the condo. I didn't want to leave and would love for Andrew to come decorate my house! Thank you for sharing your home with me, Andrew. I will definitely try to stay next time I'm in town.

Great Weekend Stay!

I couldn’t have imagined a better stay! Andrew was an excellent communicator. We traveled with my family including 3 young girls, ages 3, 6, and 7. The beds were all very comfortable and the home was meticulously cleaned before we arrived. The location was great to go to FSU’s comets, about a 10 minute drive. We hope to come back the next time we are up!

Great stay!

Our stay here was great!! Me and my family came to visit our daughter who is attending FSU. Communication was great from the time of booking up until we checked out. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. We will stay here again.

Great Stay

Condo was clean and beds super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. No safety concerns. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurants and supermarket were easily accessible on Tennessee Street. Condo was nicely decorated and offered many amenities. Felt right at home. Dishwasher glitched but that was not a problem for us ... just hand washed dishes.

Summer vacation

The beds were very comfortable. Loved the sound machine and fans in the bedrooms too. Great amenities in the kitchen. We also appreciated how close the pool was to the condo. We were very glad we stayed here while visiting our daughter who is going to FSU. Also the host, Andrew responded to us immediately when we ran out of trash bags!

Plenty of space

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was also big with plenty of space also. I would definitely stay here again!

The perfect stay

We came to Tallahassee for a graduation. 5 adults stayed at the property. It was exceptionally clean and cozy and the host did an excellent job with communication. The pool and the fitness center were a huge bonus. Such a great place - I would recommend without hesitation!

Amazing condo

This is by far the best VRBO in Tallahassee. I did my research and look no further. Andrew is the most amazing host who is so helpful and kind. His condo is spotless and beautiful and comfy. I am your host, Andrew! I live in New Jersey, my sister Amanda lives locally in Florida, and my parents are from Massachusetts. Our parents try to visit Florida as often as they can to see Amanda and to spend quality time with their grandchildren, but the distance and costs of accommodations have made it difficult to visit as often as they would like to.

To make it easier for our family to see each other, in February 2023, I pretended to reserve an Airbnb listing to accommodate my family’s visit to Florida to celebrate my nephew’s 2nd birthday. Meanwhile, I closed on this exact condo two months prior, and worked tirelessly over those months, incognito in Tallahassee, transforming this condo into the perfect home away from home for my family.

It was the surprise of a lifetime, and I am so happy to welcome you into our family’s beautiful new condo. We hope you enjoy your stay and create lasting memories during your time in Tallahassee.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo is in close proximity to FSU (5 miles, 10 minute drive). Close but not too close to attract many college students in the condo complex. :) Definitely a more family-friendly atmosphere. The condo is also in close proximity to Whole Foods, Publix, restaurants, shopping, parks (with pickleball) and more!
