The ultimate luxury villa with the most spectacular views of the evening sunsets as they fall over the Pacific Ocean! Montecristo Estates is an exclusive gated community set apart from the noise and crowds, but accessible to all of the wonderful activities and nightlife in Cabo San Lucas.
This is the perfect place to pamper yourself and spoil your family. During the the second half of May sit on your private terrace or on the veranda.
This 2,800 square-foot Villa (plus a large two-story terrace with sunning and dining areas) includes anything and everything you need for the perfect luxurious vacation.
Villa has it own private infinity-edge swimming pool, two whirlpool spas (indoor & outdoor), an outdoor BBQ, a gourmet kitchen with all utensils, a formal dining room, a living room and family room, a computer with high speed Internet connection and TV’s throughout.
Your stay will include daily maid and concierge services. The on-site concierge can help with the booking of your golfing, fishing, scuba diving, whale watching, or other activities. Also included is full access and room charging privileges at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Spa Resort directly below, as well as the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Blanco located in the town of Cabo (free luxury bus takes you there). This free shuttle service is provided in air-conditioned buses to and from the PB Rose, and is provided every half hour (8-15 min to town).

Mike and Tia purchased Montecristo in 2005 and the unit construction was completed in 2006. Unit 12 is one of the first units constructed at Montecristo Estates and is gorgeous. Since the Condo sleeps up to twelve (three master bedrooms) family gatherings are common. We go down each year in the second half of may as the schedule allows, sometimes depositing unused weeks into the Registry Collection and sometimes renting out the unit.

The Montecristo Estates are the top end of Cabo San Lucas. The Condo is comfortable, spacious and easily accessibly from the airport via dedicated Pueblo Bonito shuttle bus.

Montecristo Estates 12 is a two story Condo with its own infinity swimming pool and outdoor patio full jacuzzi. Full access is given to the Pueblo Bonito property with its restaurants, bars and swimming pools. Walking on the Pacific beach is peaceful and beautiful.
