Villa Veronica es una villa con amplios jardines, una increíble piscina de 60 metros cuadrados e impresionantes vistas al mar abierto de toda la Costa Smeralda. Situado en una zona tranquila a las afueras del famoso puerto turístico de Portisco Marina. La playa "Rena Bianca" está a 5 minutos en coche.
Dentro:
- 4 habitaciones con aire acondicionado (dos de las cuales tienen vista a la bahía), doble o dos camas individuales, sofá cama, armario
- 3 baños con ducha, inodoro, bidet y lavabo
- Cómoda sala de estar / comedor con amplio sofá y sillones, TV-Sat, aire acondicionado, armario. Área de comedor con una mesa grande que puede acomodar cómodamente a 8;
- Nuevo 2018: cocina grande con fregadero, horno, vitrocerámica con 5 fuegos, cafetera, nevera / congelador extragrande, lavavajillas, lavadora (exterior), plancha, tabla de planchar. Totalmente equipado con platos, vasos, tazas, tostadora, tetera, cubiertos, etc.

Exterior: jardín privado de 8400 pies cuadrados alrededor de la propiedad con vistas especiales ininterrumpidas de la bahía. Barbacoa muy grande construida en estilo sardo. Plantas con flores, rocas e iluminación exterior. 2 bancos y 4 tumbonas. Gran área de estacionamiento cubierto.

Notas: los propietarios de vez en cuando se quedan en un apartamento adyacente a la villa (con una entrada separada) y están disponibles para los huéspedes en caso de necesidad. Fumar al aire libre solo por favor.

Beautiful Villa with an amazing view.Stayed with my family, in total 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby and it was perfect.The villa is really well located with everything within easy access.Highly recommend staying here. The check in/out process was very clear and smooth too.

Terrific view and excellent location

We had a great time at Villa Veronica. Thank you Antonio and Emanuele for making it so easy and enjoyable for us. The villa is close to various of the nicest Costa Smeralda beaches and also only five minutes from pittoresque San Pantaleo.

Fantastic oceanview and great location

The house is great with airy spaces and the kitchen well-equiped. Poolarea fantastic with an amazing view over the ocean and all boats. Bring mosquitorepellent and a raquet for wasps since there are many Very cosy village San Pantaleo just 5 min away, also good beach 5min from the house We loved our stay here

Incredible views

A well equipped villa, great pool with amazing views of the Costa Smeralda coast line. We had a great time here and the communication with the owner was great from first booking to help with recommendations during our stay. Unfortunately my Mum became very ill during our stay and we had to fly home early, the owner's father took us the airport and refused any renumeration. Such lovely people.

Dream home

I cannot speak highly enough of this magical place. Stayed with my wife and two young children and it was an absolute pleasure to come home to that pool and extraordinary view after busy days exploring the Costa Smeralda all of which is only a short drive away. The house is spacious and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by our gracious hosts. I hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay at Costa Smeralda

My goodness - the pictures from Emauele are good but in real the place, the pool, the view to the sea are 100 times better. We had a perfect stay with a fantastic host. The view to the sea is breathtaking. What is not mentioned at all, that the villa is nearby one of the best beaches at Costa Smeralda. Just 3 minutes by Car. San Pantaleo is one of the most beautiful villages on Sardinia and is as well only 5 min away. The villa is fantastic. Every € was well spend. Thanks to Emanuele and his dad for the fantastic time.

Perfect location and amazing view

We spent one week with our 3 years old daugther in Emanuele's villa, and despite the windy period, it was close to perfection. Really nothing to complain about : the house is large enough for 6/7 people and very well furnished, the views on the coast and the mountains is unique, the area is very quiet and the location is excellent (5 minutes to the lovely San Pantaleo town and 3 minutes to the nearest beach). And to complete the picture, the brand new pool is huge and clean. The only missing item is an umbrella near the new pool, but i'm sure it will be done soon. I warmly recommend this house for a family

Villa Veronica Portisco

Nice property, clean and well maintained. Requires a car to get around. As it’s ideally located but between areas. Has everything for a self catering holiday. Small thing but I feel it needs mentioning, the bed linens are not made up. The cost of the rental would justify that this was included and after a long journey it’s a nice thing to have a pre made bed. We used Spesati- online supermarket which although was hesitant the shopping did arrive. Handy for the location of the villa and our late arrival. No flexibility for a late check out, maybe something to consider. But would revisit as a lovely property

A perfect family holiday in Villa Veronica

We were greeted on arrival by the family villa owners, Antonio and Sara - who explained everything we needed for our stay with warm kindness and words. Nothing was too difficult and it felt like a home away from home.The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, a very well-equipped kitchen, large inside / outside space and beautiful cared for grounds and different terraces to sit on. The view from the terrace and pool does not do the pictures attached justice, it is in an incredible position on top of the hill overlooking the valley and the ocean.Throughout the stay we felt very private, it is quiet and ever so peaceful, but knowing with close contact from the owners they were available to contact if we needed anything. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with AC and well sized bathrooms. We had an extra bed made up in the 4th bedroom with no problems at all.The location is perfect not only from the airport, but for quick trips to the beaches, supermarkets and we ate out a few nights in the nearby village of San Pantaleo - they have a market on a Thursday morning which we also really enjoyed.We hope to visit this wonderful home and to see the owners again, for their kindness and care of the property - if we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Wonderful stay at spacious and very nice property

We spent one week at Villa Veronica. 4 adults and 5 kids. The house has a wonderful view and feels very spacious even with 5 boys running around. The house is well maintained and has everything you need. Emanuele is a great host and provided good information about the property. His father stayed in the adjacent apartment and provided us with a warm welcome and support if we needed it. The villa is very private and quiet and we were not disturbed during our stay. We visited the nearby village San Pantaleo a couple of times. Can recommend Sergio Pizzeria for take away pizza and Sa Domu e Farra for local food. We also visited many of the nearby beaches. Can highly recommend renting a boat with a skipper. We spent a full day around the Islands of Tavolara and Molara. It is a bit pricey but we had a wonderful day. We rented a boat via Click & Boat from Fiamma in Golfo di Marinello. All in all a wonderful stay at an amazing villa!

WOW WOW WOW!!!

These are the only words to describe this amazing place . We spent a wonderful week here and everything about it was first class . The check in process and communication with Emanuele beforehand ensured that we settled in straight away on arrival and Antonio was next door if we needed him but we hardly saw him during the week as we had everything we needed . The pictures certainly do not do justice to just what a special villa this is , nestled in the hills above Portisco Bay, the views from the Villa and the infinity pool are fantastic, the pool itself is large and a great way to spend our afternoons after mornings on the beach . The villa has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. It is in a great position to visit all the amazing beaches and towns , we particular enjoyed eating out in San Pantaleo . We have been all around the world and stayed in many accommodation but this was without one of the best holidays we have had, such a beautiful island and we could not have wished for a better place to stay than Villa Veronica !

Wonderfull vacation

This location, view and the overall standard of the house is really All we wanted. We were 8 with ywo small babies. It says it houses 10 People so Dont know where the two Extra People would stay. However Emanuelle could t have been more helpfull with providing cribs and babychairs for our two babies. Creat communication All the way. The check in was done by his feather who only speaks Italian, but really with a little google translate it was No problem. The pool is not heated. In May the pool was a lille cold Even for vikings, but that might be the result of an unusually vold and rainy May. All in All we are seriously co sidering staying here again and would recomend this place to our friends and family.

Beautiful villa with coastal view

We are a family of four with two teenagers. We were greeted by our hosts on arrival, even though we were late due to a delayed flight. Our photo directions got us there without any problems. They showed us everything we needed to know about the villa. Google translate was very useful as our Italian is not very good! The outlook from the veranda and villa is breath-taking and for two weeks we ate all our meals gazing out to the sea and the boats. The villa was as in the photos, very clean and comfortable with all the essentials you need. Supermarkets within easy distance, but a car advisable. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of beautiful beaches, travelled by train inland and took the ferry to La Maddalena from Palau, so plenty of places to explore. Portisco is just 5 minutes drive and has restaurants, a small supermarket, marina and a beach. We would recommend this villa as it is relaxing and peaceful but within reach of all that the Costa Smeralda offers. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit unvergleichbarem Blick auf die Costa Smeralda

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus. Gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage und Wlan top! Die gesamte Einrichtung ist zwar eher einfach und zweckmäßig, aber in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Großer Kühlschrank! Viele große Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden! Alles sehr unkompliziert bei Check in und Check out! Der Blick von Terrasse und Pool aufs Meer und die Costa Smeralda ist wunderschön!

Perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Veronica!

Wir hatten das große Glück, drei Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Veronica auf Sardinien verbringen zu dürfen, und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Villa bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und ist in einer fantastischen Lage, die Erholung und Entspannung garantiert. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Emanuele und Antonio. Sie sind unglaublich tolle Vermieter – äußerst hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Sie haben wirklich alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit und können die Villa Veronica wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Nous sommes venus en famille ,3 couples et 3 enfants de moins de 5 ans.La maison est magnifique et très fonctionnelle et tout a été très bien pensé par le propriétaire .Le parc et magnifiquement entretenu,la piscine incroyable et la vue a couper le souffle.L'accueil par le papa d’Emmanuel a été très chaleureux.Emmanuel a répondu a toutes nos questions avec gentillesse.Parfait

Herbstferien auf Sardinien

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Sardinien sehr gut gefallen. Die verschiedenen Strände mit dem klaren Wasser waren absolut sehenswert. Die Villa entsprach den Online Vorgaben/Versprechungen und sie verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien und Küchengeräte, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht mega schön. Leider war die Wassertemperatur des Pools ziemlich kalt. Um einzukaufen muss man am Besten nach Olbia (15 Km Entfernung ) fahren. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Unser Fazit: Es war ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen und gepflegten Villa mit traumhaften Stränden.
