Plenty of rooms and beds for a group of 8. It is close to the Keystone Mountain House parking lot and lifting.

I stayed here during a conference at keystone resort, with a colleague. The location was super convenient for the conference. The condo was clean and spacious with an amazing Colorado view. The key retrieval instructions could be better. I arrived just after dark and had trouble. The light switches were difficult to find in the condo and the bedroom I stayed in had no lamp shades which made bedside reading unpleasant. The location was great, and the stay was otherwise enjoyable, though we were only there after dinner and to sleep.

Very spacious, carpets could use extra cleaning but at the same time if you traveling with kids you don’t need to worry about braking anything. Good location. Hot tub was out of order due to maintenance.

Very spacious,had 5 people there and we all had plenty of room.The view of the lake is incredible especially in the evenings when the sun is setting.We went in October when the leaves were changing colors.Highly recommend this place!!!

Great place and value; few improvement ideas

The property was in a great location. It was clean, large/spacious, and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. We had some minor issues with the management of the unit: the firewood wasn’t very well stocked and the kitchen was missing what we considered basic vacation rental amenities (salt & pepper; oil; baking sheet). The no-contact check in process was also messy because the lock box was frozen/damaged, but someone did come and help us quickly. Overall good value for the cost.

The unit was not ready for guests. There were significant stains on the carpet throughout, too many to photo. Towel rack ripped out and hanging off the wall. No silverware or cleaning supplies. Multiple broken lamps with missing lampshades. Multiple tiles missing from one shower, could create mold and/or leaking in unit below. Many holes in drywall patched but not painted (just an eyesore, doesn't prevent us from using the property). Kitchen sink needs to be repaired, difficult to turn off and drips above as well as below the sink. Mgt was good about answering my texts, but absolutely ineffective in fulfilling our requests and needs. I feel as though there was no real communication between Vacasa's national office taking my messages and the local team that should be helping us. We made many, many requests for firestarters and silverware so that we could eat. We never received the firestarters and finally received the silverware on our last day. The location was great and when in proper condition the unit was very good. But it was not ready for us and frankly we all feel very strongly that we deserve some level of refund as we did not get what we paid for. I would love to get a response to this.

Great location, old property

Instructions at arrival initially not clear. Old home- stairs handrail broken, several cabinet doors loose, tub with black discoloration, tiles missing (can see to wall) in upstairs shower, stained furniture, very dirty carpet, kitchen appliances (fridge, DW, oven/range, Micro) were upgraded, minimal kitchen utensils/amenities. Average or even less value for what we paid, especially for the season. Great view but not worth the condition of the home.

Reserved unit not cleaned - moved me further away

I reserved based on advertised location - they called when I was almost there and told me housekeeping would not clean my unit by the end of the day, so moved me two buildings further from my conference location - causing me (a diebetic) to walk farther. Then the unit had several issues (holes in wall, missing curtains, stained floors, two bathroom sink fixtures loose, etc. Not thrilled.

The place could be very nice but it is falling apart and no one is doing any maintenance whatsoever on this unit. We reported many issues to the management company and were told that they would "contact the local team" but nothing happened. Here's a list of the problems:1. The stair railing going up the first set of stairs would fall out of the wall if you touched it at all. My 3 year old daughter went to use it and it fell on her and she tumbled down the stairs. After the incident, someone finally came but instead of fixing it, they just completely removed it.2. The dishwasher "runs" but doesn't clean. We had to manually wash all of the dishes each day because they came out dirty from the dishwasher.3. The kitchen sink faucet is not fastened down to the countertop so you have to use two hands to turn on the water or adjust the temperature. It also drips really bad.4. The carpet is stained everywhere and in every room.5. Many of the lamps and lamp shades are broken or missing.6. The tv is located in front of the fireplace so dont plan on having a fire and watching tv at the same time because you'll melt the tv.7. They only provide one key card to get into the building so you have coordinate between people to share it.8. The management company is uesless. They respond fast via the app but just use a delay tactict and don't actually resolve any issues.Overall, I'd avoid this unit and find another one that isn't managed by Vacasa.
