The host would not reach out. To be completely honest the home was not worth the money. Everything was damaged. Cold seeping through the walls the sliding doors had a stick and some broken up pieces of a gameboard to hold it shut. One of the sinks clogged in the master bedroom. NO PRESSURE IN THE TOILETS. BOILING kitchen sink water had to get the hang of it because we kept burning ourselves. The stove doesn’t heat up properly and 1 broken button. Master bedroom tv never worked thats were the sink clogged and freezing in there. ALL THE COUCHES ARE HOLDING UP WITH BLACK TAPE AND VERY DIRTY. THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM IS VERY DIRTY AND URINE SMELL THE SHOWER WALLS ARE VERY YELLOW understandable that looks to be because the water BUT a magic eraser will get that off! we honestly tried to just make the best of it and not bother the host for example asa sink clogged day of arrival while just washing my hands I let it go and said we can use the other sink watever then my mom was not able to sit one the couches because there the worst i have ever seen so we just sat her on a chair not a big deal then THANKSGIVING freaken oven not working blew my mind cherry on top my parents were so cold in the master with no tv. It was just one thing after another and another and another and another. Im not trying to bash you guys BUT come on knocking on almost 7 grand for 5 days and all these problems is sad. Positive is having the pool but besides that nothing and this home has so much potential
