Lovely place, attentive host. Big kitchen, tiny bathrooms, decent beds. Plenty of spaces to spread out and gather. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the space was perfect for our needs

Amazing House

We loved how the house was in the middle of everything! It was a very spacious house and had so much room for activities. The people around the house were very nice and welcoming. Every bit of our vacation was very enjoyable! Would definitely book again!

It was wonderful.

This house was so close to the beach- it was incredible. Our first impression of the house upon arrival/walking inside, was the immediate clean smell. The house was clearly cleaned throughly and was ready for the next set of guests to stay there. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone- family or friends!

Pros- The house was very spacious and had enough room for 10 people. It was close to everything that you needed and in walking distance. The beach was practically less than 8 minutes walking distance. The house is in the right place to enjoy your stay.Cons- There was a few things that needed to been addressed before we got there, the air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the room, but the renter went out and bought a portable one but that didnt help, one of the twin bed plank was crack, the door to the bathroom hinges was coming loose, some of the dishes wasn’t cleaned, curtains had stains. If the renter get these fix it will be one of the best place to stay. I believe he will try and fix everything because it’s a nice place but needs some handy work done to it. I will stay again, only if I know these thing are fix and might stay longer.

Family Vacation

House was very close to beach, almost a 3-5 minute walk. The boardwalk is a short 8 minute drive. Plenty to do in the area. The host came by to check on us and responded quickly to all messages. Plenty of space for my toddler to run around. The only concern was the nets or fruit flies in the kitchen but the owner worked to correct the issue. We would rebook for another family vacation.

July 2023 Family Getaway

First off, the house is very spacious and accommodating for a large family. However, there were a few things that made the stay unpleasant. Upon our arrival, we noticed the lawn had not been cut and was littered with trash. There is a motel adjacent to the property that played loud music during the day and had pool parties up until 5 am which made it difficult to sleep at night. Even though, cleaning fees are assessed and charged, it was evident that a thorough cleaning had not been conducted. On the first night, we discovered two of the beds had sand/gritty substances in them. There were also a few other areas that had not been cleaned properly (i.e. sticky syrup substances on tables and chairs, food/drink spills on curtains to name a few). The location is perfect for the beach, however if we had known just how close the motel was to the house, we would have chosen a different location.

Dance Competition week long stay

I booked this property for my family and I to stay for my daughter’s dance competition. We stayed for 5 nights. Overall the stay was very pleasant, though there were a few things to note… Pros: -Good location. 5 min walk to the beach, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, souvenir shops, etc. about a 10 minute drive to the convention center. -very spacious home and very “comfy”. Great for a family stay. -overall the home was clean and completely ready when we arrived. Cons: -I had a little issue with not getting checkin info until about an hour and a half before time. But I don’t know if that was the host, or a VRBO system issue. -The dishwasher didn’t work during our stay, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We just hand washed the dishes. -We weren’t able to use the pullout sofa in the sunroom as it wouldn’t extend fully. Again wasn’t a huge deal as the bedrooms fit us all (but only because one person didn’t come. Had they, we would’ve been down a bed). I did let the host know so hopefully it will be fixed soon. -Though the home has been renovated, some touchups need to be done (i.e. replace stained curtains and towels, change rusted vent covers, etc.) we had to buy bath mats as the floors are wood/tile and almost slipped and fell getting out the showers. - was only provided 1 trash bag per can, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, and 1 paper towel roll. Overall, the stay was good and I’d book again for another long term stay.
