Esta hermosa casa moderna es como un complejo con comodidades y características para impresionar y mimar a sus huéspedes. Situado a la entrada de nuevo a West World, es tranquilo y aislado en la base de la montaña McDowell Preserve pero a pocos minutos de las autopistas principales, tiendas y restaurantes.

La casa es de 4000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable excluyendo el patio trasero y áreas de piscinas. El sótano totalmente terminado y nombrado es un gran lugar para disfrutar de billar, Wii, TV, bar y cine en casa completo con más de 350 DVD o cable para ver sus programas favoritos o los deportes.

La casa se encuentra a pocos minutos de los siguientes: Grocery Stores Basha de, Safeway, Albertson y Whole Foods, comerciante Joes y AJ de productos gourmet. Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Cold Stone y Chipotle son sólo unas cuadras de distancia. Great home for a group

Nice quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, great layout for a group, pool and hot tub were super clean. Easy communication with host. I would recommend this place and everyone in our group said they would definitely stay in this home again.

We came to Scottsdale to help move our daughter out of her apartment. Everything was close by but without the traffic! Drew was an outstanding. The house is stocked with everything we needed and then some. He was responsive and available.

Scottsdale getaway

Very nice house in a gated neighborhood! Beautiful backyard and pool area. Owner Drew was very good with communication and response time! House is in a gorgeous area with lots of things to do. Golf, hike, restaurants, shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Relaxing and convenient

We were in town for a kids soccer tournament and this house was very close to the fields and offered a great place to relax and recuperate. It was as so much better than the usual soccer tournament hotels. The outside pool/hot tub area was like an oasis and the inside was welcoming and relaxing. The kitchen with Viking oven was awesome with all the amenities just like your own home. We all agreed we’d stay there again.

Enjoyable stay in Scottsdale

We had 3 adults stay at the property and you can comfortably fit 3 couples without feeling like your on top of each other. The house was great, just as described in the post! The hot tub and pool did not disappoint! We spent most of our time outside on the patio and in the water. We will definitely rent this house again when we go back to Scottsdale. Drew is very helpful and responsive for any questions.

Nice house but owner lives in the basement.

The home is as described in prior reviews and we would have rated it more highly except for one fact that, to us, was disturbing: The owner lives in the basement of the house. If we had realized that someone was living in the basement, we would not have rented the house.

Scottsdale Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay..the house was very comfortable and well stocked for our party of 6. The backyard was lovely with an outdoor fireplace and tv which we utilized often as we had sports fans in the group. Too cool to use the pool but would be nice in warmer weather. Great location, close to hikes, shopping, and restraunts. Drew was great to work with!

Great Scottsdale trip

Great stay in Scottsdale. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool, jacuzzi, making s’mores in the fire pit. Great location right next to parks and golf. Could not have had a better vacation. Thx Drew!

Great place in a great location. House is much bigger than it appears.

Great location for us, great house with nice kitchen for people that like to cook.

Drew was very helpful if we had an issue ( Thanks Drew) The house was great for us, the Viking stove and ovens were awesome for cooking breakfast and the occasional dinner. The hot tub was great... nothing bad to say with one tiny and almost not worth mentioning issue but the lights are somewhat tricky to find what switch does what... Great house Drew, Thanks for sharing it!

Great house...Great Location!!! Wonderfully stocked home for a rental. Kitchen has everything one could need. Indoor and outdoor space was terrific. This is the second time we have stayed here for a guys golf and spring training vacation.. We'll be back. Thanks Drew.

Next Level Rental

This is a great rental house and property. The owner Drew was fantastic the entire time - before, during, and after our rental dates. Everything you could possibly think of was super smooth and easy! The house is in a great location and has everything anyone would need. All amenities are up to date and functioning properly The house is very clean and well taken care of. Top of the Line Rental!

Fantastic rental property. The owner is amazingly accommodating and his place is wonderful. All the amenities you could ask for; pool, hot tub, pool table, and a phenomenal screening room! The kitchen is state of the art and completely stocked with everything you need to be a gourmet chef. There are televisions everywhere, but the one out by the patio/pool area was perfection. Soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the golf course while watching the pros finish their rounds. Amazing! Bedrooms are spacious, the house was immaculately clean, and the proximity to golf, restaurants, and activities was superb. Top of the Line Rental!

Fantastic Home

Our extended family of 10 really enjoyed this beautiful home for our 10 day vacation in the desert. Drew met us upon our arrival and made sure we knew how to operate the pool and electronic system. The entire house is wired and we enjoyed listening to our music out by the pool. We enjoyed cooking meals in the high end kitchen and really appreciated having enough wine glasses, dishes and utensils. Awesome, super comfortable beds and clean linens. We enjoyed the quiet, gated neighborhood. Close enough to bike to Starbucks and the grocery store and only about 30 minutes to Spring Training. A great location to enjoy all of the surrounding areas, but quiet enough if you want to just lay by the pool. This home is true find in the desert. Thank you Drew, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Excellent Property and Owner

Drew is a great owner and the house did not disappoint. My friends and I were on a long golf weekend and loved the location, the house, the pool, the hot tub, all top notch. The house is in excellent condition with plenty of room. Top of the line TV's, entertainment systems, kitchen, bar area, outdoor area has a TV and fireplace. Really a nice layout and plenty of room for a bunch of guys, girls, or families. Great location near all the best golf courses. Great job Drew...we will be back.

Fantastic Home- luxurious, great location and great owner!

We rented this home for a guys weekend during the Phoenix Open golf tournament. The owner is very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. He makes sure the home delivers even more than what is promised. Location is ideal to TPC Scottsdale- you could almost walk it. Home is in a gated community and at the end of a cul-de-sac...very private setting. I can't say enough about the house itself- huge, entertainment abounds and we couldn't have found a better match for the weekend. Every bedroom feels like a master! We will be back!

2011 Fiesta Bowl Parade

We were one of the three famlies that stayed during 2011 Holiday break while attending Fiesta Bowl Parade. Love the fact that all three bedrooms on main floor had their own full bath and walk-in closet. Basement also has full bath. Perfect for several families wtih kids. Like the fact that house is on cul de sac and that house was clean upon arrival. Great laundry room and lots of entertainment options for kids and adults alike. It had all amenitites that we needed and owner was very responsive.

Very clean and lots of room!

We had a wonderful time at this property over the Christmas/New Year's week while in AZ for the Fiesta Bowl Parade. We stayed there with 2 other families and everyone had enough of their own "space". The basement was a great landing place for the kids with the theater room and the pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked, with grocery shopping close by for what we needed. My only suggestion is that if you plan on using the pool or hot tub the day you arrive, ask Drew to turn on the heating system the day before you arrive. The pool takes "overnight" to heat up and the hot tub takes several hours. Overall a great time!!

This was my primary home but I have other properties and interests which keep me traveling much of the time. Scottsdale is one of my favorite places in the world and I am pleased to call it my home. This property has a basement apartment (crash pad) that I sometimes stay in if I'm in town and my other properties are not available.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is close to many of the things I enjoy most. Hiking and the outdoors are right outside the front door. Some of Arizona's top golf courses are minutes from the home including TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk, Troon, The Boulders and We Ko Pa to name a few. If you like the spa, again some of the top spas in Arizona are only a few minutes away like the Willow Stream spa at the Fairmont Princess. Restaurants of all kinds, from 1 to 5 stars are within a few minutes from the home and I would be happy to make recommendations depending on your taste and budget.

The home is designed to relax and stay completely entertained without ever leaving so if you are looking for a secluded retreat to get away, enjoy with friends and/or family, one trip to Costco and you will never have to leave the house again.

There are so many reasons why I love the house and the Scottsdale area, you will just have to come and experience it for yourself.
