Our host was great! He answered all our questions.The carpet needs replaced or a good cleaning, it was very dirty and had crumbs so either they need a new vacuum or someone forgot to vacuum. The neighbors kennel their barking dogsbetween the houses - very annoying.

Our stay!

It's a nice spacious house. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens. Nice roomy laundry room. Appreciated the use of the outdoor grill. Nice size walk in pantry. Outdoor chair cushions need improvement. Poor lighting throughout the house. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

Would use again

We found the property suited our needs perfectly. It was nice to be able to be together instead of separate motel rooms. Some thoughts about the accommodations: The twin beds need to be upgraded to adult size. 2 of my brothers are 6' feet tall and the other is 6'2". They're feet hung over the ends of the beds, so not the most comfortable. The instructions for using the upstairs shower need to be re-worded to say, "gently pull down on the fixture at the opening of the spout", instead of push down gently on the spout. The on line description needs to include that the staircase is steep and has quite a few steps without a landing to break them up. This feature in the home would not be able to safely accommodate any elderly, young children or physically compromised individuals, because 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bath are upstairs. Also, the barbeque grill is a nice amenity but needs some TLC. Would be nice to actually have grass in the backyard. All the trash cans were already full when we went to place our trash in them and one of the hampers already had used sheets and towels in it. Ice dispenser not working. Despite these, we would definitely book the house again if needed in the future. Michael was very accommodating and timely in his communications with me.

I too am over 6 feet and completely understand the feet hanging off issue. Lol. Should your travels ever bring you back to the phoenix area I hope you consider our property in the future. The bed situation was not great for couples, one room had twin beds, the other a trundle that didn’t pop up to make one big bed. Refrigerator did not work for ice or water. Blinds upstairs were really really dirty. Windowsill in front room by the front door was really dusty/dirty. Also, I heard the upstairs shower pressure was really hard and it hurt to take a shower! Everyone used the master shower after their first shower upstairs. Slider door was really hard to open. One of the windows by the slider was cracked/broken.
